The location was infront of the station. The breakfast was ok.

The room had no view. The price paid was too much for this hotel. The room didn't have coffee maker or anything to make some hot drink

The room and location. Had double windows so well soundproofed from nearby main station and square.

No tea and coffee making facilities. (In common with other hotels high charge for wifi - Swissport - this is one of my pet hates, we all know what it should cost - but the receptionists in this hotel were extremely helpful and let me use their terminals for airline check in etc).

Everything was perfect except no English tv just news on all time and we had to come home early through my mum been taken poorly

Fast check in/check out, staff is very nice. Good location, 1 min opposite to the central station but inside the room is very quiet.

Heating is bit cold in the night

This hotel is the best located hotel in Hannover. Whether you travel by plane or train, you arrive at the Hannover Main Station and this hotel is just 100 metres away from the main exit of the station. It is also located immediately next door to the official Tourist Office of Hanover. The hotel is near the main shopping centres in this interesting city, and an easy walk within 10 minutes to the Old Town. The reception staff was most helpful to a foreign visitor like myself. I ran into a sudden logistic problem that required people who knew Germany well. The staff went all their way to give me all the help I need, comprehensively and amicably.

The following list is not meant to be shortcoming for this hotel, but are points worth noting for those who are more fussy about use of hotels. This hotel is practical down-to-earth which means one cannot expect peripheries - the room is reasonably spacious but the furniture is basic - a desk without drawers, a fridge but without hot water boiler or coffee/tea gadget, a big wardrobe with a safe, a tv set with an acceptably comfortable bed. The hotel has a good breakfast room but otherwise without any other catering facility whatsoever - probably because there are hundreds of eateries in the neighbourhood. It has no business centre - no computer facilities although wifi is available in the room if you bring your own laptop.

The hotel is very well-located in the centre of Hanover, and close to the railway station. The staff are all excellent, extremely pleasant and efficient. We were very fortunate to be upgraded, and our room, dressing room and bathroom were very luxurious. The breakfasts were also excellent with a very wide choice. The hotel doesn't have a bar, but the quality of the room more than made up for that.

Staff arranged early check-in for me at 10am for which I was very grateful. Loved the room! Great layout and fantastic singing shower!

No free Wi-Fi (€9 per day and only in the lobby), and internet in room via Ethernet cable is €13 per day! Needs to be sorted.

The rooms are really comfortable...they have everythings you need to a have relax after one day spent walking around...the most attractive things is for sure the shower with lights and music even if it should be better if there were more than one song ;) at the end I suggest it to everyone...

The old-fashioned name notwithstanding, this is a thoroughly modern hotel. For one person my room was spacious and very appealing. The desk was fine for work. For my 5-night stay I found it best to purchase a week's WiFi connection, which I found to be reliable. The hotel is right across from the main train station, which functions also as a modern shopping mall busy day and night. To the left out the hotel's door and heading away from the station is a pedestrian shopping street that takes you quickly to the city center and the intersection of most of the tram lines. To the right out the hotel's door are the the main tourist office and the beginning of the "Red Thread" walking tour. It's hard to imagine a better location for any purpose.

If anything I wished they had cluttered up my big room a bit with a coffeemaker and such.
