Breakfast was amazing. The spa was clean and comfortable. The massage was very nice, but be sure to book as soon as you book the room. The pool was the best part, especially swimming outside at night, even when it was cold was so relaxing since the water was warm.

The staff tried very hard to speak English, and they were very good, but always spoke first in German and had some struggles like ordering food, drinks, asking where things were. When we stay again we won't get the dinner included, the food wasn't bad but we would have liked a larger choice.

Very friendly staff, very nice and personal reception, great spa, high quality breakfast buffet (we did not try the restaurants)

One morning there were problems seating guests for breakfast (too crowded)

The breakfast in the Dünenrestaurant. La Mer.

The architecture of the building (kind of Karl-Marx-Allee revisited, I tried to see it as an ironic gesture but even that didn't work :-)). The bar without a view - strange idea for a seaside resort. It would have been nice to have a drink outside or at least with a view on the dunes - the space was there but it wasn't used. Tea making facilities in the room would have been a nice idea too.
