We were expecting one of the best hotels in Germany when visiting my parents but were put into a room away from the main hotel, surely because of the price we were paying due to booking.com and treated like gypsies. We are coming to the area every quarter but will definitely avoid the Schloss in the future

Tout a été parfait et normal pour un hôtel de cette classe. Le seul bémol est une petite erreur de facturation (deux déjeuners facturés en trop). Il y a donc avantage à vérifier sa facture.

Imposantes Anliegen, sehr ruhig gelegen. Wellness : Zu kleine Saunen und ohne Ruheraum.... Für Gäste die nicht im Zigarrenqualm in der Kaminbar sitzen wollten gabs nur die Alternative "Minibar auf dem Zimmer oder Wirtshaus ausserhalb des Hotels"....

Очень милый персонал, был забронирован дорогой номер и оплачен, при въезде показали и более дешевый, предложили выбрать. Вкусный завтрак. Очень красивая гостиница, конечно, не замок, но похоже)) Никаких отрицательный впечатлений не осталось совершенно. На выезде без проблем дали воды и печенье в дорогу. достойная 5ка, понравилось все.

Pendent réservation chez BOOKING J'ai bien pris obcione de deux jour de parking et c'etais confirmé par vous. mais l'Hotel a facturé encore une foi les deux jour de parking ????

Het verblijf was een sprookje; we kregen een upgrate, Gardensuite, omdat wij pas getrouwd zijn. Ik voelde me net een princess. De suite was mooi opgemaakt, dekbed in vorm van een hart met rozenbladjes, champagner en een mooi taart in hartvorm! Geweldig! Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch! Kortom, we komen graag terug.

Geweldig mooi en luxe hotel. Een absolute aanrader voor mensen die eens vorstelijk willen genieten in een geweldige ambiance! Prachtige Junior Suite kamer, maar dat mag ook wel voor 400,- EUR. Het personeel is niet echt vriendelijk en/of behulpzaam. Jammer, want je betaald een vorstelijke prijs voor je verblijf. De gratis shuttle (met de BMW 750 Li) naar de Altstadt werd afgedaan door een gewone taxi. Jammer, want je betaald toch voor deze luxe. Prijs en kwaliteit staan niet in verhouding tot elkaar.

De uitstraling en ligging van het hotel is heel goed. Medewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima georganiseerd, een echt 5 sterren hotel. Zal in de toekomst zeker terugkomen. Eigenlijk niets. Hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Dit kunnen wij niet beoordelen. Gezien de prijs moet het wel iets bijzonders zijn. Zie zelf liever ontbijtprijs verwerkt in hotelkamerprijs/aanbieding.

Faszinierendes Grandhotel in einem wunderschönen Schloss mit luxuriöser Ausstattung und hervorragendem Gourmetangebot. Service charmant und absolut kompetent. Das Beauty-Spa lädt zum Entspannen ein und ist sehr zu emfehlen. Das Frühstücksangebot sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Deluxe-Zimmer elegant eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus glänzt vor Sauberkeit.

Super hotel, super service! Bij aankomst meteen een upgrade :) Royale, schone kamers ... ontbijt compleet (buffet). Gereserveerd in Lerbach (2** restaurant), netjes gebracht door hotel, heerlijk gegeten (is aan de prijs, maar dan heb je ook wat!). Wil je een keer verwend worden en genieten in luxe, dan is dit een absolute aanrader en ... niet al te ver weg!
