A cold and pretentious hotel, more sites to business clients. Extortionate priced breakfast. This was the only one in a twenty hotel trip that charged for WiFi access.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb. The hotel was in a nice quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the Christmas Market. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again whether for pleasure or for business.

The location was terrific and also ease of parking. Very nice breakfast.

Wifi is not available in all rooms and room service was very limited.

We loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were given a twin room when we actually booked a double but the reception staff put it right immediately and without question. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb. The hotel was in a nice quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the heart of the main site seeing part of Efurt. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again whether for pleasure or for business.

I have always stayed at this hotel when I come to Erfurt (I was last here one year ago and nothing had changed - it was still excellent in every way). For me, the location is perfect and the rooms are very comfortable. Air conditioning that really works, unlike so many hotels in Europe that claim they have air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is excellent - the hotel staff could not be better!

I wish the shower was completely enclosed - I hate having water go on the floor!

Nice hotel complex with clean and modern facilities. The restaurant is well served but the selection somewhat limited. One day visit to Erfurt makes this facility a wise choice. But not for prolonged periods.

Central place in town with guarded parking area just below the hotel for 13 euro per day. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent breakfast. The sauna, steam room and whirlpool are very nice. I would certainly stay in this hotel again when returning to Erfurt.

Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut.

Manche Zimmer gingen zum "Innenhof", daher keine Frischluft, nur Klimaanlage.

Für 5 Sterne die Dusche in der Wanne gruselig, der Duschkopf Defekt Bad komplett nass, Frühstück hier mussten wir 5 Minuten warten bevor wir einen Tisch hatten und das um 10 Uhr, Konfitüre hier war viel daneben, helle Schokolade für Brotaufstrich leer, wir hatten den Eindruck das Personal war überfordert .

Die sehr zentrale Lage, welche uns ermöglichte, das Auto im Parkhaus zu lassen und alles zu Fuß bzw. öFfentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die sehr großen und modern eingerichteten Zimmer, das sehr reichliche Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Wir hatten bei der Buchung angegeben, daß wir einen Hund mitbringen, bekamen keine Mail vom Hotel, ob und wieviel der Hund zusätzlich kosten würde. Als wir eincheckten, erfuhren wir, daß wir für das Tier 10€/Tag bezahlen sollten. Das fand ich nicht gut, das hätte entweder in der Beschreibung des Hotels stehen müssen (hier stand nur: Hunde sind nach Rückfrage gestattet, Kosten können entstehen) oder das Hotel hätte uns eine Nachricht über die Kosten zukommen lassen müssen.
