The room was clean. There was plenty of parking on-site. The price for the room was good, but only because it had been discounted. Location of the hotel was quite and convenient. I would only recommend this hotel if the room is steeply discounted. There was no mini bar in my room. This hotel is obviously upscale, but the rooms are not really up to par with the image they are trying to convey. Breakfast was not included in the room price it was 15 Euro's extra per person, per day; I felt this was extremely expensive for breakfast. |

close to downtown, easy access to trips and close to good restaurants. the pool was down when we stayed. also the mini bar fridge had not been opened in a very long time and when we opened it it made the whole room smell very bad |

Great location, beautiful view of Alps. Good breakfast. Website is a little misleading. Rooms were not as nice as they appeared on the website. Dead flies were on the windowsill and on bathroom counter. Staff responded immediately when informed about the flies. Windows facing balcony did not have curtains. |

Utmärkt service av alla i personalen. Hjälpsam vid bokning av aktiviteter och andra matställen. Festmåltiden på Julafton var en fröjd för både ögat och gomen. Utmärkt frukost. Rummen mot baksidan något ofresha. Efter rumsbyte (och pristillägg) blev även detta tillfredsställande. |

Frühstück ist gut und genügend parkplätze sind vorhanden. Keinen Komfort. z.B. Fernseh stand auf kühlschrank und obwohl aufs bett ausgerichtet war es zu tief um fernzusehen. Bettmatratzen nur wenige zentimeter stark und sehr unkomfortable. Keine heizung im badezimmer. Zimmer türschloss (zimmer 130) bergt verletzungsresiko von aussen da griff direkt an der türkante ist. . |

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war überzeugend. Das Frühstück war frisch angerichtet und reichlich, auch der Service dazu spitze. Die Duschen im Saunabereich waren abgestellt. Der Aufzug sehr klein und mit altem Teppich verklebt und beim Fußboden kam das blanke Metall zum Vorschein. Da fehlte der Belag überhaupt zum Teil. Der Wassehahn an der Badewanne hat stark getropft und der Fenstergriff war locker. |

La colazione. Le camere, prenotate ad Aprile, erano le più piccole che io abbia mai visto. Se proprio dovete soggiornare in questo Hotel, non fatevi dare la 316 e la 317!!! I vetri delle finestre erano rotti. Nel bagno, se così si può chiamare quel buco, il supprto della doccia si staccava e ti rimaneva in mano e funzionava solo una delle due luci. La spa è vecchia. L'Hotel è distante da tutto. |

Gut soweit, war beruflich dort. Alle sehr entgegenkommend, nett und hilfsbereit.Würde jederzeit, wieder dort übernachten. Bin auch auf den geplanten Umbau gespannt.Was total toll ist, dort die Ruhe. Kein Lärm, gar nichts! Trotz Ankündigung bei der Anmeldung, würde von mir kurtaxe verlangt, als ich dies mit Hinweise auf das Anmeldungsmail ablehnte, würde sie mir erlassen!!!!!!!!!!! Das sollte im Vorgeld besser geklärt sein! |

Der Ausblick auf die Alpen. Einer Gruppe aus Kuwait war vor Ort und daher war es im Bereich der Lobbie sehr laut und beim Frühstück viel zu voll und nicht immer ausreichend zur Auswahl. Wenn man um 10.00Uhr zum Frühstück ging, bekam man nicht mal mehr frische Brötchen obwohl das Frühstück bis 10.00Uhr möglich war. Der Wellnessbereich war nicht so schön. |
