The hotel is in a great location for the Christmas Markets. It's a nice walk after breakfast, which is fantastic, with so many offerings you won't be disappointed. After your dinner in the market area, it's a nice "food settling" stroll back. There's a elevator for those staying on the upper floors (like us in 401) which was nice when we had our baggage. The room was nice, large enough for us to feel we weren't closed in, with a street view, windows were double-paned for noise and energy efficiency, beds comfortable. Our hostess was excellent, and the decor of the property was very charming. |

Very friendly, room was large even with three people. Close to city centre. Owners brother has hotel in Mosel Valley which is also good. There was traffic noise due to being in city centre but not really a problem. |

The Hotel was newly refurnished, and was very comfortable. Although the hotel was great, our room overlooked the street, and the corner bar has patrons until 5 or 6 in morning. |

Convenient parking, frieandly staff, room was nicely renovated and comfortable. Good breakfast, cosy atmosphere, good location close to city center and spa. We have received vouchers to visit spa with 10% discount and they kindly checked for us from what age is allowed for kids to visit the spa (from age of 6). Very nice hotel, good value for money. It seems that internet is only available via telephone line, no wi-fi. |

The staff were very friendly, we were only 10 min walk from the city which made it easy to see the town, the DOM und das rauthaus. We got Spa vouchers for the thermal baths , very nice :) |

This was a nice hotel. Our room was simple but had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. The best part was how close it was to the spa, so after a relaxing few hours, we could stumble home to bed. The breakfast buffet was easily one of the best I had and surpassed far more more expensive hotels. The decor was a little too B&B for our style, but given the perks of the location and the price, not a single complaint. Highly recommended |

Nice small hotel, very clean, friendly host, excellent breakfast and breakfast room very cosy with nice background piano music from a mechanic automatic piano There is no lan or WiFi internet offered, but seemingly if you have a modem you can acces internet from the phone line( not really an option !!). There is a " cheap" WiFi offered by a local netrwork, but you get the username and password to access internet on your email account !!!Studpid, since you do not have Internet access !! So I have paid for an NOT-existing service !!!!!!Watch-out ! |
