L'accueil par les patrons de l'hôtel a été très chaleureux et attentionné. L'hôtel n'a pas l'impersonnalité des chambres des grandes chaînes et il est très bien tenu. Le petit déjeuner : formidable ! Et dans une petite salle très agréable. Vraiment une bonne adresse ! |

The "sense of business" of the hotel owner. Once the misunderstanding about "2 day passes" involved the Booking.com customer service, the operator told me "we are in the middle". I did not agree, stating that I am the customer, Booking.com is the provided. The real man in the middle was, in this case, the hotel owner. However, he solved the issue, and he granted us the 2-day passes. No, everything was fine, and recommendable for anyone who wants to spend a pleasant time, far from home, but still feeling at home. The hotel atmosfere is very warm, and the personnel is very responsive and always attentive to the customer's satisfaction. |

The service orientated staff, really nice and helpful people. Spacious room (we had the larger type double room, this size is to be preferred). The hotel is on walking distance of the Old City (10/15 min). Breakfast was good and included in the price. The noise outside from the busy street around the corner was always present when the window was open, but with the earplugs we always bring along not a problem.(We come from a quiet village.) |

A very warm and friendly welcome. The Family that runs the hotel did its very best to help us in every respect. Breafast was excellent and the location very good if you - as we were are interested in the Modern Musuem (3 min away) aand the SPA (also 3 min away)! If you like a friendly, family-run hotel with local atmosphere - this is the place to go! |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.
