Good location,close to U bahn station. Clean,comfortable accommodation. Great Home staff very helpful. Special thanks to Misha who waited nearly 2 hours for us to arrive at apartment, due to flight delay. Nothing.

Great Home Berlin is close to some nice underground clubs in Berlin such as Kater Holzig, Tresor, Kit Kat Club etc.. House is clean and good to sleep..

We liked the 'like-home' feeling you have even though you are on a trip. The Internet was also very good, we had no problem since this was really important for us. We didn't like that we were asked to pay a reimbursable deposit of 250euro (amount exceeding the total amount needed to pay for all the nights we were going to stay!), mentioned firstly only after the reservation. Although, after we complain that this was not mentioned at the booking procedure, they didn't insist and we didn't pay it at the end.

Excellent apartment in a good neighbourhood on the historic Heinrich Heine Straße. U-Bahn directly outside and walking distance to Jannowitzbrücke S-Bahn. Clean and functional with no extra hidden charges. Pictures shown on booking/website are exactly what you get. Quiet residential block with an excellent view of the Fernsehturm from the front windows. Supermarkets, take aways and bars within close proximity. WiFi was excellent. A washing machine could be useful for longer stays but details given of local laundrettes.

Comfortable and stylish apartment. It was a great base for people like us that were working in Berlin. Excellent facilities, we were positively surprised! The location can be a tiny dissapointment, which however vanishes quickly when one really gets used to the apartment, and starts using the metro station right next to it (heinrich-heine-strasse station) and the 24-hour kaisers supermarket which is like 80meters walking distance.

Die Wohnung ist zum Wohlfühlen! Sie hat alles was man braucht,ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Sie bietet viel Platz. Ideal für eine Familie.Die Lage ist super ! Uns hat auch die Betreuung und der Service sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder! Können das Apartment nur weiter empfehlen! Da gibt es nichts. Für uns war alles perfect! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Muy bien situado a pie de metro y cerca del centro. Apartamento amplio, buena calefaccion, limpio, bien equipado y comodo. Entrega de llaves correcta si se avisa hora de llegada con una hora de antelacion. Exigen fianza de 250 euros que no estaba anunciada en Booking. Es necesario reconfimar llegada al apartamento una hora antes de la llegada.

Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Gute zentrale Lage, in der Nähe von U-Station. Ruhige und bequeme Wohnung. Saubere Küche und Badezimmer mit fast allem Nötigen. Einkaufsmarkt in der Nähe. Zwei Handtücher im Regal waren leicht mit Blut verschmutzt; wahrscheinlich hat sich die Putzfrau geschnitten. Innenseite der Toilettentür schmutzig. Kein Mikrowellenherd. Fernseher zu klein.

- Gute Lage - Ausstattung einfach aber alles vorhanden Adresse war nicht einfach zu finden (Hauseingang). Vielleicht könnte man bei der Reservieringsbestätigung eine kleine Skizze beifügen (Strasse, Hauslage, Eingang und Flure).

Es war eine perfekte Wohnung an der Heinrich heine Strasse. Alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Hilfreiche Details waren die bereitgestellte Frottierwäsche (wir hatten das wohl übersehen, dass diese Wäsche inbegriffen war) und das wlan. Die Website von Booking.com ist verwirrlich, weil darin ein Zimmer gebucht werden muss, aber die ganze Wohnung gemeint ist.
