The hotel was less than ten minutes' walk to the train station, near a tram stop and the price was fair, considering the prices in the area. The room was simple, but it had the basics, and was comfortable. I needed to take an early bus to the airport and they give you the choice of an early breakfast. There was no air conditioning, just a ventilator. The room was not very hot anyway, for summer.

Room was large for two.nice view.qiet room.close to transport. No fridge. Hot water slow to reach floor 5.no bbc tv.breakfast same every day.

Friendly ,helpful English-speaking staff.Nice breakfast (€5 extra).5 Mins walk to train station. Small rooms.However these were functional,cleaned daily and were inexpensive.Pillows could have been fuller (or a spare provided).

Very good value for the money! They allowed me to check in the very morning. The service was professional, breakfast good. The hotel and room was clean. For the money, there is really no complain. It's only **, but I would say that it can easily compare to good ***. Next time I go to Karlsruhe I will stay there again.

Frühstück habe telefonisch gebucht, nach Auskunft der Mitarbeiter war aber kein zimmer frei, 10 Minuten später buchte ich dann im Internet, siehe da, es waren noch 5 Zimmer frei! Schon komisch???????

Dieses Mal hat mir der Aufenthalt im Hotel Greif sehr gut gefallen! Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sauber, der Preis wie immer unschlagbar! Komme Ende des Monats und noch einmal im Mai gerne wieder! Bis die Tage!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Tiefgarage im Hotel sehr angenehm. Frühstück günstig und ausreichend. Empfangsleiter ist sehr freundlich. Gehe noch öfters hin. Wenig Gastronomie in der Nähe. Italiener gegenüber ist recht gut, aber Dienstag Ruhetag. Dann Thai um die Ecke. Absacker-Kneipe ist gegenüber. Was braucht man mehr.

Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Frühstück reichhaltig zum moderaten Preis. Strassenbahn zu hören. Warmwasser kommt nicht in fünften Stock an. Beim längeren Aufenthalt wahrscheinlich nervig.

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das Frühstück konnte ich dabei nicht einmal testen. Das "Gemeinschafts-WC" stand allein mir zur Verfügung und war erfreulich sauber.

Gute Erreichbarkeit von Bahnhof, Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Erreichbarkeit von Stadtzentrum, Bädern, ZKM, etc. ruhige Lage trotz großer Straße; ruhige,unaufgeregte Atmosphäre im Hotel; aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück Ich empfand es als Zumutung, in einem Raucherzimmer untergebracht worden zu sein. Zumal selbst die Handtücher den Rauchergeschmack angenommen haben. Dies hat insgesamt meine Zufriedenheit mit dem Hotel massiv beeinträchtigt.
