Hotel Greifswald  

The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good and is served from 6am until 12.00hrs - 6 hours! The location is very convenient - right beside a tram stop and only 3 stops to Alexanderplatz. It is also a few blocks from Kollwitzplatz which has many bars and restaurants.

There is not anything I disliked about this hotel. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there.

It was clean, the breakfast was amazing, the location was good.

Not a complaint exactly, but the entrance to the hotel is particularly charmless and bleak. The room was simple, but fine.

Directions to S-bahn towards Sachsenhausen was misleading. Little info could be given about where tourist buses start from.

A straightforward, pleasant and functional hotel. Very helpful staff. Spotless room. It did me good to climb the 5 flights of stairs to my room every evening.

I was initially uneasy walking through the poorly lit passage/driveway to the hotel which was set back from the road but it was something I got used to.

Hepful and responsive staff. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast us excellent. Bicycle rentals available close by--center city is very accessible.

There was construction nearby with unexpected noise at times.

I thought that the room was good value for money & the area is a really nice for wandering out to good restaurants and bars a little out of Berlin. The only issue I had was the fact that there is building work going on next door - drilling from 7.30am, in summer if you need the windows open this will not be good. I also didn't find the staff so helpful in letting me know where the nearest things are - perhaps I should have asked more questions! Over-all though a nice hotel in a good area of Berlin.

A very central position. Calm hotel and friendly service. The breakfast was very good and cheap.

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Man ist recht schnell mit der Straßenbahn am Alexanderplatz angelangt. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl.

Bei Ankunft sowie am 3. Aufenthaltstag gab es im ganzen Hotel starke Küchengerüche, die bis ins Zimmer im 4. Stock zogen. Darüber hinaus war das Zimmer unsauber. Extremer Staub überall, auch im Schrank, der dadurch unbrauchbar war. Dazu verdreckte Steckdosen und übel aussehende Toilettenabflüsse. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Handtücher hatten rote (Blut?)Flecken. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein, so dass sich Schlangen bildeten. Ein Frühstück in ruhiger Atmosphäre war daher nicht möglich. Das Personal ist zudem nicht freundlich. Nicht einmal beim Auschecken gab es Freundlichkeiten wie ein "Danke für ihren Besuch" oder "Gute Heimreise". Absolut unpersönlich.

Pas d'ascenseur, ce qui peut être gênant pour les chambres au 4ieme étage comme la nôtre
