All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

We were abe to use the local bus services for free and use the garage for our motorbikes, the spa area is also very nice The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated - 1970's ish decor, badly in need of an update |

Close to ski slopes. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym Evening buffet was expensive however, the town has plenty of good value restaurants. No drink making facilities in rooms. |

Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Eten is prima verzorgd. Prachtig omgeving voor wandelaars. De kamers zien er netjes uit, maar de badkamers zijn minder schoon maar ook aan vernieuwing toe |

Daar ik het hotel enkel gebruikt heb als overnachtingsplaats, kan ik moeilijk een goede beoordeling geven. Toch heeft het hotel me goed bevallen op gebied van prijs/kwaliteit en vriendelijkheid van personeel. |

Alles bestens gewesen Zimmer und Hotel Top gepflegt. Atmosphäre auch sehr entspannt und nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto in den Stadtkern von Winterberg. Auch Parkplätze direkt vorm Hotel vorhanden. Man sollte zum Frühstück nicht auf letzte Stunde erscheinen sonst ist das Buffet nur noch halbherzig vorhanden... |

Tijdens de rit naar het hotel werden we gebeld hoe laat we vertrokken waren, dan konden ze een beetje nagaan hoe laat we daar waren. Dit gaf ons een fijn gevoel, er wacht iemand op je die het fijn zal vinden dat ik er ben. Het ochtend eten zag er lekker uit, voldoende keus en ruimte zat |
