Sylvie, Pascal and everyone who works there are very friendly and helpful. Great location: very close to the main drag and lots of restaurants, shopping, and the bus lines, but tucked into a little square that is quiet. The room was comfortable and the mini-kitchen very welcome. We were very happy with the location and would definitely stay here again. Through a mix-up, Sylvie booked us into the wrong month. When this was pointed out, she immediately apologized and made other arrangements. When we arrived, the room she had put us in was so tiny we could barely get our luggage in! But when we gently protested that this room looked nothing like the rooms we had been looking at online when we booked, she instantly did some rearranging and put us upstairs in a much nicer room and comped our breakfasts the first day. Still, I'd double-check your bookings with her just to be sure.

Leider ist der Empfang von WLAN nicht auf allen Zimmern möglich. Habe nach 2 Tagen das Zimmer gewechselt um das Internet nutzen zu können.

Das Essen im Restaurant "Pfeffermühle" ist sehr gut! Die Bedienungen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Inneneinrichtung ist anscheinend aus den 80ern und sollte dringend mal erneuert werden!

Het is een prima hotel met zwembad en 1 sauna. Tramverbinding naar centrum dichtbij en uitstekend ontbijt! Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Redelijk ver uit centrum en hotel heeft zakelijke, beetje afstandelijke uitstraling. Vond prijs in verhouding met gebodene te hoog.

Gute Hotelinfrastruktur und reichliches Frühstücksbüffet. Ein Baugerüst vor meinem Zimmerfenster verdunkelte das "KomfortZimmer" enorm. Für einen 3 Nächteaufenthalt schon eine Zumutung und ein Ärgernis sondergleichen; werde deshalb im September eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, la réactivité pour rendre de petits services (impression d'un document, tickets d'entrée à la documenta, timbres postes) L'excellent buffet de petit déjeuner: très complet, mets savoureux et de qualité, avec des variations chaque jour pas de climatisation dans ma chambre côté plein sud. Dès 10 heures le matin en Juillet, avec pourtant un temps médiocre, il fait trop chaud pour rester dans la chambre si on souhaite y travailler, même en ouvrant la porte-fenêtre. J'ai dü dormir la porte-fenêtre grande ouverte pour avoir de la fraîcheur. Problème de sécurité, puisque la porte-fenêtre donne sur un passage où n'importe qui peut avoir accès

Aufmerksame, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Überraschend gutes Restaurant Wir waren im Nachbarhaus untergebracht. Platzverhältnisse sind dort ausgezeichnet und die verarbeiteten Materialien sind hochwertig. Das Zimmer versprühte aber durch und durch den Charme der frühen 80er Jahre des letzten Jahrhunderts.

Das Bad ist sehr klein, kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten, außer Duschbad keine Bad-Artikel. Das haben wir in anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels schon anders gesehen.

Ein ganz großes Lob für die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals! Es wurde einem - auf eine unaufdringliche Art - jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Selten in der Form erlebt! Perfekt!
