Lugar muy recomendable por precio y ubicación (aunque no está en el centro se llega fácilmente con transporte público). Detalle muy simpático de botellita de "prosecco", chocolatinas y flores frescas!!. Ideal para ir con niños.

El baño es algo angosto y sobre todo faltan percheros dónde colgar las toallas. Sería facilísimo colgar uno en la pared de fuera del baño. No hay ascensor y eso puede ser un inconveniente. En nuestro caso, bastante menor.

Types of rooms must be actualised on your site , we reserved a room for smokers , but the owner said that they not have any rooom of this kind , and they renounced at this type , for some weeks.. The room was not vey well cleaned /checked and we find from other turists , some used socks and clothes in our closet :-(

The apartment was huge for two people and it was very clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. You can park in the same street without problems and the area was very quite. There is a tram station in front of the ghesthouse and in 5 stops you are in the centre of Leipzig. Wi-fi is free and available in the apartment. You can find a supermarket next to the apartment.

The appartment is an excellent choice for younger travellers, those with cars, and those like me who like to look after themselves. This appartment is in an old block which I liked ver much. An interesting experience. There was also lots of room to relax in. I recommend it.

The tram journey into town did mean that it is more difficult to go back to the appartment during the day . There were very few shops in the area to buy food (except for Lidl).

The apartment was spacious and charming and I was pleasently surprised with some details (bottle of mineral water and sparkling wine on the table, flowers in the vases...).

The location was fantastic, with a tram stop just outside the door and a supermarket within minutes walk.

Our room was not ready on arrival and the owner took half an hour to clean it whilst we were standing there waiting for him to leave. We just found him to be a little odd and were disappointed when he told us that he offered a laundry service, but we did not get our clothes back for over 17 hours and when we did it was not even washed. We had already paid him for the service that he said would take around 5 hours to get back to us.

The Quality/Price ratio was very good. The location is close to the center, reachable by Tramway in a few minutes. The appartment was very clean, had a large (~40") TV and was well heated. The host was very nice, advising us clearly and kindly about place/restaurants we may want to see...

Staff friendliness and the good size of the apartments.

It was a bit hard to walk upstairs with all family luggage.

I would not recommend it for summer and warmer months. It would be very noisy with the windows open. But for winter and colder months, it was fine. Very nice.

We were travelling with kids and we needed a kitchen, that is the main reason why we chose these apartments instead of a hotel and it worked perfectly

It is a bit far from the city center

It's really good value for your money. You get a mini-appartment for 2. When you arrive, a small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates are in the room. Coffee and tea is for free as well. You can cook food in the kitchen and there's a supermarket just around the corner. The tram that takes you straight to the center in about 10 minutes stops in front of the hotel.

LIke I said, it is good value for money. It is an old building and the one thing that I didn't like were the fruitflies that seemed to multiply when you left something out.

Warm welcome from the Owner/Manager. Knowledgable about local area. Short tram ride to restaurants/shops/museums etc.

We really liked the apartment. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were perfectly suited to our needs as a couple having a city break. Location also great, just a short tram ride into the city.

On the down side, we booked the apartment for 4 people but our friends didn't come. If we had been 4 it would have been too small and there would not have been enough plates/knives/forks etc.
