quiet, and near the train station, compared to the rest of the hotels in Old Town. It is near the stretch of shops leading to the castle as well. Hotel receptionist was friendly. Though there are no cafes, but the breakfast was excellent. Simple and possible for to-go. nice coffee and orange juice. Room was very new and clean, well equipped toilet, and spacious wardrobe. There was two heater in the room which was excellent. There was also a nice kitchenette for usage. Overall, very value for money There was no safe for the keeping of valuables. |

Clean rooms, nice layout, nice to have a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave on request. Breakfasts of pastries, sandwiches, yogurts, coffee, and juice was fabulous. Did not clean our room for 3 days (of a week long stay) until we notified the management that the cleaning service was slipping. This seemed to be unusual and the management responded promptly. Not a true hotel so limited hours of staff on site. Room information only in German, made it difficult to navigate simple things like using the in room phone. |

The apartments were perfect for us. We rented 3 for our family of 6. They were spotlessly clean, very well designed, very comfortable and in an excellent location within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The self check-in with the entering of a code to retrieve our keys was very cool. Also the juice, coffee and sandwiches were very much appreciated in the morning. |

My husband and I absolutely loved the GuestHouse. We are a bit demanding when we choose accomodation......and were impressed with everything, down to the smallest of details. The very tasteful decor, cleanliness, functionality of everything (self check-in, internet, kitchen, TV etc) and the convenient location. It seems you have thought of everything to provide for a pleasant stay here. A+++ We were here over a holiday so parking on the street was free and surprisingly, available. In fact, we were able to park our car directly in front of our room. However, had the circumstances been different, perhaps parking might have been a problem. |

Plasma TV, good location close to Old Town, comfortable beds, quiet. The cooking facilities were very limited for the extra cost! Never any staff around when needed. Staff did not inform us of facilities or of food available in the morning! |

Très bien : Hotel propre et chambre design. Au départ chambre donnant sur la route avec tram (chambre bruyante) -> on a changé pour une chambre à l'arrière au calme mais beaucoup plus petite! J'ai également choisi cet hotel car je pensais que se situais dans le centre historique mais ca n'était pas le cas |

Sehr gute, funktionale Verkehrsanbindung, ansehnlich modernisierte und gepflegte Räume/ Bad, gute Lärmisolierung (Straße) , Selbstverpflegungsmöglichkeit 1. für Gehbehinderte schwieriger Aufgang vom Eingang zum Fahrstuhl wg. fehlendes Geländers bei mehreren Stufen. 2. Wir hätten uns noch einen (Couch-)Tisch für das Zusammensitzen /Essen gewünscht.3. Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten in Zimmer und Bad waren begrenzt. |

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die günstige Lage für mein Aufenthaltsgrund in Heidelberg, ordentliches Zimmer einschließlich der sanitären Anlagen. Das erste Zimmmer lag an der Straße und war sehr laut. Ein Zimmerwechsel war jedoch nach der ersten Nacht ohne Probleme möglich. |

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, moderne Zimmereinrichtung. Es gibt ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit belegten Brötchen, Gebäck und Kaffee und alles auch zum Mitnehmen. Keine gebührenfreie Parkplätze im weiteren Umkreis. Zimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet. |

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer hatte Parkettfußboden. Obwohl ohne Frühstück gebucht gab es jeden Morgen Kaffe und gut belegte Brötchen,sowie Jogurt. Ein und Auschecken total unkompliziert. Großer LCD im Zimmer. Hervorragende Dusche. |

Muy buen apartamento, pegado a la plaza de donde parte la calle peatonal más importante de la ciudad (excelente ubicación). Limpio y con buen cuarto de baño. Aunque ofrecen café y bocadillos al lado de la recepción, he echado en falta un desayuno más completo. Recepción sólo hasta las 11 de la mañana los días festivos y sábados (tener en cuenta si se llega después de esa hora, hay que avisar) |

Das Haus insgesamt ist sehr großzügig und sehr angenehm umgebaut (leise), die Handhabung der "Schlüsselkarte" praktisch (v.a. für die Haustüre). Auch die gut belegten Semmeln und Kaffee etc. sind eine nette Geste für ein Zimmer eigentlich ohne Frühstück. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche ist in Ordnung, sogar ein Wasserkocher war vorhanden (von Aldi ;-) aber war ok), was leider sehr oft fehlt in anderen Hotels mit "Apartment". ca. 100,- Euro für ein Einzelzimmer ohne alles (sprich Frühstück oder Halb-/Vollpension), finde ich dann doch etwas teuer. Aber hier zahlt man eben den Namen der Stadt und die Lage mit, denke ich. |
