Location of the hotel is quite good , very close to the main shopping streets in Dusseldorf and also to the ols city . I did not like the size of my room it was very small and dark , because located on the top floor . You could not reach this floor by elevator but you should walf up the stairs from the forth floor . |

Strange hotel bar; the reception staff man it, and while there is seating, there is no actual physical bar. The city - the whole city, not just this area - is very very quiet on Sundays. The only things open were places selling food. The lift didn't go to the 5th floor. But that's not too bad, I have no mobility problems. |

receptionist, value for money, room was genuninely a non-smokers room, great breakfast In the heatwave that hit Europe and being 5 months pregnant - we would have loved airconditioning - our room wasn't too bad though. |

Friendly and very helpful personnel, excellent cleanliness of room and other spaces, excellent location and provided services. Room was practically and functionally furnished with very good furniture. |

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. Staff were helpful and spoke English as much as needed. Over all we were quuite satisfied and it was just as we expected from a 4 star hotel. The only thing we did not like was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors every morning and the cigarette butts outside our windows (thrown from other rooms perhaps?) |

Just close by the shopping area. in the city center. elegant, good parking facilities, good service, excellent breakfast. Internet wifi is not free. |

Location was good, Room was clean and confort, Breakfast was good, and Rate was also good (not expensive). Car parking was a little bit small, but large area is not must though. |

Good location, large room and great value. Fair breakfast. Tiny shower and thin walls. We could hear other guests in rooms all around us. Limited TV channels. Considering 76 euro price, it was a good room, but certainly not a four star hotel as advertised. |

The bathroom was magnificent. In hindsight it would have been better if I had had a room away from the street side as there were refuse disposal lorries arriving early in the morning. However, it was not too bad as I was on the fourth floor. |

Close to shopping area + Japanese restaurant/shop around There is no double room with connection door inside. so if you are family more than 4, you have to stay separate room. |

Quiet road location but within reasonable walking distance of park, shops, railway station, old town, River Rhine. Very good breakfast with adequate choice. Nice touch - freebie plate of chocs, Xmas biscuits and apples on reception desk. |

the staff was not very friendly, situation was good except the church bells woke us up in Saturday morning, the breakfast was good and the bathroom neat there was this moldy smell in the room, good I had my antihistamine tablets with me. We stayed the second night at a different hotel for a half of the price of this one (a better one) |
