“ Very nice staff, nice and quiet rooms, a few steps to the beach and right in the center of Westerland. My sister could join me for breakfast. I was ill and tired from the journey when I arrived, left refreshed and happy. ”

This hotel offers a free buffet breakfast, and cosy rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. It is centrally located in the town of Westerland, on the North Sea island of Sylt. Central location, 5 mins walk from the station. In the main padestrianised street, handy for shops, bars and restaurants.. Receptionist freindly, spoke English and helpful ....although I wasnt staying long she tried to explain the benefits of purchasing a discount card for 3 euro, which I declined. Single room quiet, clean, wifi worked. Good choice for Breakfast, continental, would stay again. The extraction fan in the bathroom stayed on for ages, every time you turned the light on. Apart from that....all fine.

This is a beautifully modernized hotel conveniently located on the town's main pedestrian street a short distance from the central beach. It was a very comfortable place to stay with a great buffet breakfast.

Hotel zentral,super lange Frühstückzeit,gutes Büffet,zwei Frühstücksräume,Zimmer sauber-tgl.Reinigung. Aussicht vom Zimmer 63 direkt auf eine Baustelle,dann es immer windig ist,von der Bauplane nachts ziemlich laut,nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer gemütlich, schönes Bad. Kein Fahrstuhl im Haus und viele Treppen zu steigen.

...das Bad war ein Traum, ganz neu und einfach nur schoen und sauber ....die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig, da diese zum Hinterhof hinaus gingen .....das Fruehstueck war sehr gut, es gab genuegend Auswahl und auch das Obst war reif und alles frisch ...es gab nichts, dass mir nicht gefallen hat

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Westerland (Fußgängerzone), unweit vom Strand (ca 150 m). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel Gutenberg möchte ich außerdem hervorheben. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich komme gerne wieder! Das sehr kleine Bad/WC (war wie beschrieben und damit absolut i.O.) könnte eine Entlüftung nach aussen vertragen.

sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Sonntag tolles Frühstücksbüffet,sehr sauber,alles top Montag war das Frühstücksb.leider nicht so gut,wollten eig.alles essen was wir uns Sonntag wegen Syltlauf verkneifen mussten.
