The hotel was very hospitable - the personell was really nice. The hotel restaurant is very good. The value for money is simply excellent. Large, comfortable rooms, bathtube and shower corner and this all for about half the price in the center. The position is acceptable - 15 m from the tram stop Wasserwert-Tolkewitz. Although there was available wireless connection from T-mobile, it was pretty expensive (for non-customers of T-mobile). |

Die hervorragende Küche und das nette Gastronomiepersonal.Zimmer waren für eine Städtetour in Ordnung und sauber. Gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass die Straßenbahnhaltestelle am Haus war. Die Sauberkeit im Eingangsbereich (Nebengebäude), der Teppich müßte erneuert werden. Spinnenwebe regelmäßig entfernen, besonders wieder im Eingangsbereich. Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es noch, es wäre sehr schön wenn die Straßenbahnkarten im Hotel zu kaufen wären, als Service. |

Просторный номер. Приветливый персонал. Проблемы с водой по утрам. Установить перегородку в душевой. Что-нибудь горячее на завтрак (сосиски, ...) |

Der freundliche Empfang, die Hilfsbereitschaft und die korrekte Bedienung. Zudem die Lage: schnell in der Stadtmitte einerseits und anderseits auch schnell ins freie hinein, naheliegend an der Elbe. Die Dusche: wenig Wasser aus dem Duschkopf (kein Druck?) und es dauert lange bevor warmes Wasser kommt. |

sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, gutes Abendessen, freundliche, wenn auch überlastete Mitarbeiter Kein altengerechter Einstieg in Dusche/Badewanne, Toiletten für Ältere zu tief, keine Minibar, Dusche nur bedingt sauber, zu wenig Mitarbeiter (kaputte Lampe wurde erst nach 2 Tagen repariert), direkt unter dem Zimmer im 1. OG befand sich die selbst gewählte Raucherecke der Gäste - der Rauch zog ins Zimmer, jeden Morgen ab 6 Uhr Lärm d. anliefernde LKW, falsche Rechnung (160 Euro zu hoch) |

Freundliche Atmosphäre, nahe am Stadtzentrum, gute Straßenbahnanbindung, genügende und viel Parkmöglichkeiten, schöner Innenhof, gutes Frühstück Außenanlagen teilweise sehr vernachlässigt, besonders Eingangsbereich stark verunkrautet, Hecken verengen Haupteingangsweg, Rasen nicht gemäht, keine Straßenbahnfahrscheine im Hotel erwerbbar (wie in anderen Hotels in `Dresden), Auskünfte zum Nahverkehr an der Rezeption mangelhaft |

Nettes kleines (nichtraucher) Familienhotel mit gemütlichem Biergarten im Innenhof. Das Hotel liegt etwas vom Zentrum entfernt --> aber direkt vor dem Haus fährt die Straßenbahn der Linie 4 in 20 Minuten zur Altstadt und allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten! An den Fenstern gibt es keine Verdunklungsrollos/-Vorhänge. |
