The staff's willingness to help I wish they would have included the breakfast in the room price. There was also a confusion in changing the bath towels, they should have paid more attention to the relevant cards hanging outside the doors and take care of that even in the afternoon |

accomodated my - very - early check-in very gracefully. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the location is really nice (schwabing - not the most central though) the windows of the rooms overlooking the street could be a little more soundproof (i had requested for a quiet room). The hotel is at a great location - close to the subway and tram. Good restaurants in the area. The hotel's decor is awesome - looks even better than the pics in the web. The rooms are clean and modern and have a lot of space (the room with the bathtub was a bit more cramped than the one with the shower - but still not small). Had a great stay there! |

The hotel is under renovation and construction, the elevator did not work, and there was noise from the construction work,yet the prices did not drop. |

very friendly and helpful stuff, clean hotel, good postion close to a metro station Only thing really unpleasant was, that the elevator was not in function for construction works. We had to carry our belongings all up to the fourth floor by ourselves. |
