We were extremely pleased with our stay at HOtello Fallmeyerstrasse. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated in a modern style. The staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, in a nice block in Schwabing within 30 minutes walking distance from the city centre and with good communication; underground station 3-4 minutes away. We were perfectly happy about everything. |

the bed the staff was quite impolite!!! too noisy. the slowest internet connection in the city. too small table even for a laptop. they tried to charge me for they rubbish snacks which i would never eat... |

Excellent location. Friendly staff. The room was too hot the first couple of nights but it was too noisy outside to keep the window open |

Pleasant staff. Clean comfortable modern rooms although we did have to transfer from the noisier front of the hotel to a nicer (bigger) room at the quieter back of the hotel. A lobby area would be nice. |

The staff's willingness to help I wish they would have included the breakfast in the room price. There was also a confusion in changing the bath towels, they should have paid more attention to the relevant cards hanging outside the doors and take care of that even in the afternoon |

accomodated my - very - early check-in very gracefully. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the location is really nice (schwabing - not the most central though) the windows of the rooms overlooking the street could be a little more soundproof (i had requested for a quiet room). The hotel is at a great location - close to the subway and tram. Good restaurants in the area. The hotel's decor is awesome - looks even better than the pics in the web. The rooms are clean and modern and have a lot of space (the room with the bathtub was a bit more cramped than the one with the shower - but still not small). Had a great stay there! |

Ubicación buena en un barrio confortable y convenientemente conectado con el centro en transporte público (10 min en tranvía); diseño moderno pero confortable de la habitación, buen trato y disponibilidad del personal. Parking a un precio por día relativamente razonable (8€).-considerar que toda la zona tiene estacionamiento regulado. Volveríamos. La unica posible objección: desayuno no incluido en el precio. |

Traumhafte Lage in Schwabing, traumhaftes Design. Die Junior-Suite war geräumig und stilsicher eingerichtet. Das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen - ebenso wenig wie das ausgezeichnete und einfallsreiche Frühstück selbst. Wir werden es wieder buchen. |
