Great location near Englischer Garten, museums etc. Short trip to city centre via Gisella Strasse UBahn. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lack of wireless Internet access

Much simpler and smaller than the pictures want to make you believe. Overly ambitious staff with little to offer. WiFi didn't work. Breakfast costs 15 Euro extra. The Cosmopolitan hotel next door may not be as chique, but offers more value for the money (nice staff, great breakfast buffet, functioning WiFi).

The only pro is its location - a lot of restaurants and pubs nearby, close to u Bahn Haltestelle - Giselastr. ( about 10 minutes walking distance ), but nearby ( just one block away), is much better Hotel - Cosmopolitan, so the next time I go there!

Very impolite and rude personnel! No internet and cell coverage - even at the ground floor, where the reception desk is located! The breakfast is in the ground floor and pretty expensive for its poor variety!It was good that Starbucks was nearby! I arrived late in the evening ( about 11 pm ) and needed to arrange some details about an important up-coming Friday event - thus I needed Internet urgently - however all my calls failed as well as I couldn't answer my emails.As a result my roaming bill was quite a thick one after my 4 nights stay in this hotel - as they didn't agree to cancel my next 3 nights and to refund me! I asked the receptionist for help, but he was absolutely indifferent - "It's not my fault that there is no internet and cell coverage in the hotel!They're supposed to work". I asked him to cancel my reservation and was ready to move in the middle of the night into another hotel, but he nasty announced that they are not going to refund me! The only helpful guy among the personal was Louis, but even he was not able to help me cancel my other 3 nights. Only the Hotel manager could resolve such an important issue, but he never appeared - I am sure he didn't care too! It's unbelievable that such a hotel exist in Munich ! The worst choice I have ever made! - EUR 83 / night ( add. EUR 15 / breakfast ) and another EUR 400 for my roaming bill, just for 4 days!

La ns. Camera, accanto all'ascensore ed alle scale, era silenziosissima, non si è sentito mai nulla, spettacolare! La doccia, bella calda con un bel getto! Se siete in auto consigli di prenotare anche il parcheggio privato dell'hotel, comodissimo. Due fermate della metro u6 a meno di 800 mt., Comodissime, staff gentile, disponibile, giovane. Lo consigliamo veramente questo hotel.

Anche qui, come del resto un po' dappertutto in Germania, niente wi-fi. Nel caso di questo hotel, ti fornivano un cavo di rete da collegare gratuitamente al computer ma a noi con lo smartphone non è servito. Meno male che c'è Starbucks!

Das Frühstück ist wirklich ein Traum!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend (moderner Stil) und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toll fand ich auch, dass man sich beim Frühstück nicht festlegen musste. Wenn man da war, bezahlte man, ansonsten nicht!

Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet 14 Euro. Sonstige Parkmöglichkeiten in Schwabing eher rar!

Die zuvorkommende Art des Personals und die Hilfsbereitschaft.

Das Parkplatzproblem ausser Haus, wenn alle Hotelparkplätze besetzt sind. Es ist äusserst schwierig zu verstehen, wo man wielange parkieren kann. Der Lärmpegel, verursacht durch Jugendliche vor dem Haus bis früh in den Morgen (nicht die Schuld des Hotels!)
