El H'Otello H09 es un establecimiento para no fumadores que ofrece modernas habitaciones con conexión gratuita a internet. Desde el hotel podrá llegar, mediante un trayecto directo en metro, a la plaza Marienplatz situada en el centro de Múnich. Las habitaciones del H09 incluyen aire acondicionado y 1 cama doble grande. Las suites del sexto piso disponen de una terraza en la azotea con excelentes vistas. Las estaciones de metro de Münchner Freiheit y Giselastraße están a sólo 400 metros de distancia y proporcionan fácil acceso a todas las zonas de la ciudad. El parque Englischer Garten está a pocos pasos del H'Otello. Habitacions de l'hotel: 71

The only pro is its location - a lot of restaurants and pubs nearby, close to u Bahn Haltestelle - Giselastr. ( about 10 minutes walking distance ), but nearby ( just one block away), is much better Hotel - Cosmopolitan, so the next time I go there! Very impolite and rude personnel! No internet and cell coverage - even at the ground floor, where the reception desk is located! The breakfast is in the ground floor and pretty expensive for its poor variety!It was good that Starbucks was nearby! I arrived late in the evening ( about 11 pm ) and needed to arrange some details about an important up-coming Friday event - thus I needed Internet urgently - however all my calls failed as well as I couldn't answer my emails.As a result my roaming bill was quite a thick one after my 4 nights stay in this hotel - as they didn't agree to cancel my next 3 nights and to refund me! I asked the receptionist for help, but he was absolutely indifferent - "It's not my fault that there is no internet and cell coverage in the hotel!They're supposed to work". I asked him to cancel my reservation and was ready to move in the middle of the night into another hotel, but he nasty announced that they are not going to refund me! The only helpful guy among the personal was Louis, but even he was not able to help me cancel my other 3 nights. Only the Hotel manager could resolve such an important issue, but he never appeared - I am sure he didn't care too! It's unbelievable that such a hotel exist in Munich ! The worst choice I have ever made! - EUR 83 / night ( add. EUR 15 / breakfast ) and another EUR 400 for my roaming bill, just for 4 days!

Modern hotel in popular district of Munchen, close to u bahn (3 stops or 20-30 minutes walk to very center of the city). Clean and cosy. It is a small hotel in a small building, so no space available hang around, like foyer, bar etc.

I have stayed several nights in this hotel during the last months and the service and friendliness from the staff has been excellent.The rooms has always been clean and everything has worked perfect.The location of the hotel is perfect both in relation to the city and the airport.

The room was quiet and clean. The window could be opened. A bed side table would have been great. The shower curtain does not really prevent water from spreading all over the bathroom floor. Everything else was good - nice hotel, nice staff, quiet room, clean - so all in all a place to come back to.

Zentrale Lage in Schwabing, Nähe Leopoldstrasse. Kostenloser Internetzugang auf den Zimmern. Garage im Haus vorhanden, wenn auch sehr enge Ein-/Ausfahrt Sehr kleines Zimmer, mit Blick zum Hinterhof. Safe hat nicht funktioniert, trotz Reklamation. Frühstühstück mit Liebe zum Detail, jedoch für 15 € doch recht kleine Auswahl.

Es war sehr schön warm und ruhig. Zentrale Lage. Rechnung stimmte nicht mit gebuchtem und bestätigten Preis überein. Wurde mir zwar erklärt am Empfang, klang auch plausibel, passte aber nicht mit der Mail von booking überein, die ich erst nach meiner Abreise bekam (wegen sehr kurzfristiger Buchung und einer Änderung)

Eingentlich ein wirklich perfekter Aufenthalt, die Lage ist genial und mittendrin in Schwabing, das Zimmer hübsch eingerichtet, free Wi-Fi etc... Nur dass das Housekeeping nicht warten konnte, bis ich ausgechekt hatte, war störend. Wer will schon morgens vorm Aufstehen aus dem Schlaf geklopft werden?

Kingsizebett im Einzelzimmer, Flat-Fernseher, tolles Design, moderne Dusche mit Luxusfön wie beim Friseur, Bar. Bin immer wieder gerne in diesem Hotel. Zimmergröße ca. 25Qm. Super Zentral in Schwabing, Ecke Leopoldstr., Trotzdem ruhig.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, kleine, aber modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr schönes Duschbad, gute Matratze, breite Betten und eine leckere Frühstücksauswahl, tolle Lage zum Shoppen und zum Englischen Garten sind es nur wenige Schritte. Alles in allem: Ein schönes, kleines, modernes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab keinen Laptop oder PC, den man hätte nutzen können.
