Good location, top floor room had balcony. The bed was good and breakfast was nice. Our keycard died two times. Reception staff leaves desk at their will, once in the evening we waited outside about five minutes to get in. Another time again due to keycard problem we did not get into the hotel room, and in the mean while reception personnel had left the desk. They call the top floor rooms suites, but they are just very small rooms with balcony. |

The position of the hotel is really good. The Hotel is modern and very clean. Very nice forniture/design The standard room is a quite small but accettable. The breakfast is not included if you book on internet but in the hotel book in your room is written that it is included |

Nicely designed, comfortable, clean room.
The window could not be put on 'vent'. So, when sleeping - either we have to have the window closed, or we had to have the window open. It would have been useful if the window could have been left open just a centimetre or 2 centimetres and locked in position. |

Clean modern hotel.
Breakfast buffet runs out of food hours before end of breakfast. Breafast staff arguie with clients. Breakfast room is not kept clean.

I asked the receptionist to call for a taxi. The taxi has arrived one hour before. that was not so good taking into account that they have woken me up at 4 am. |

The hotel and room is so new (opened just 1 month) that everything is beautifully clean and pristine.
Minor points, but it would have been useful to have bedside tables in the room; there is no lounge or public area as the reception desk area leads straight off the street (perhaps the breakfast room could be used or the attic); the decor may be a little minimalist and brown (wallpaper and lots of wood veneer) for some tastes (coloured lights in the lightbox in the breakfast room might help brighten things up). |

Hotel is in on a very good location regarding both public transport and pedestrian routes. Interior - extremely well balanced modern design with effective use of space.
