the decoration was very well elaborate, it's a very modern hotel. there was no rooms with single beds. We had to stay in a bed for two people. It seems that it is a hotel for couples, at least we had to stay only one night. |

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable, price was good; good bakery on the corner for breakfast, easy access to U-bahn and tram was great, 10 min. walk to the Seehaus in the English Garden Staff was polite but not overly helpful, no internet access if you didn't bring your own laptop/netbook, no local information in the lobby, no alarm clock or coffee facilities in the rooms |

Service was excellent, rooms really clean and the hotel is so central. You walk out of the front door and are right in the middle of trendy Schwabing with so many cool cafes, restaurants etc. Instead of having a shower curtain, it would have been better to have had a proper shower door as water ran from the curtain onto the floor of the bathroom. Apart from this minor inconvenience, everything else was excellent. |

The design was very modern and simple. Very neat. Fantastic location. Near cafes, shops, bars, restaurants and out of the centre but on 3 stops from Marienplatz Rooms not always cleaned properly...No internet point other that a LAN connection, but you have to carry your on laptop... |

The decor was modern, fresh and clean. The bed was so soft and comfy I didn't ever want to get out. The room was spotlessly clean and the free internet was very handy. It was in a quiet, green part of the city, yet close to the underground by which you can be in the city centre in a couple of minutes. There was no tourist information. It would have been good to have some in the information folder in the room e.g. top sights with brief description and info on prices, location, and opening hours. |

excellent location, good value for money, fun rooftop garden attached to the rooms on the 6th floor, friendly and efficient staff. just one pencil per room - that's not enough! And it would be nice to have a suitcase rack in each room (one room - standard on the 3rd floor - had it, the other room - "suite" on the 6th floor - didn't!) |
