Clean, comfortable, efficient, well-located. The staff was very helpful.

Some other reviews say the staff were unfriendly, but I found them ok.

The window could not be put on 'vent'. So, when sleeping - either we have to have the window closed, or we had to have the window open. It would have been useful if the window could have been left open just a centimetre or 2 centimetres and locked in position.

Good location, very modern hotel with contemporary interior design. Staff were very friendly and professional.

I asked the receptionist to call for a taxi. The taxi has arrived one hour before. that was not so good taking into account that they have woken me up at 4 am.

The hotel and room is so new (opened just 1 month) that everything is beautifully clean and pristine.
The breakfast was very extensive with nice touches such as a selection of home-made yoghourts and varieties of coffee made to order by a friendly waitress and served in a pleasant room in the basement.

Minor points, but it would have been useful to have bedside tables in the room; there is no lounge or public area as the reception desk area leads straight off the street (perhaps the breakfast room could be used or the attic); the decor may be a little minimalist and brown (wallpaper and lots of wood veneer) for some tastes (coloured lights in the lightbox in the breakfast room might help brighten things up).
