H1 Apartment-Hotel  

The location is perfect, small Christmas Market just in front, Metro station and supermarkets very close, cafés, bars, restaurants, center and Dom walking distance the small kitchen made our stay more confortable, the size of the apartments were also good.

They didn`t find our booking which we made via booking.com, and they were full, but finally we managed to get a supplement bed in an apartment for 2 persons, which a bit too little. But for the second night we got a huge apartment for 3 persons. So I recomend to call the reception before you arrive in order ensure your booking!

Room itself was ok, new furniure, kitchen incide, 2 shops very near, good view from the window.

No 24 reception which is not very comfortable.

Clean room, central location

The windows were not isolated well and that contributed to being not heated sufficiently..has deficiencies from the viewpoint of security (no receptionist - the outside door of the building was permanently open)

Close proximity to a U-bahn station.

Under the 200 euro price range, due to a convention happening, this was the only place that came up. Unfortunately for 200 euros, the place was more like a hostel. I arrived at 7:30pm to check in, and it was just by luck that the reception was open as the man at reception is only there until 7pm normally. Also, the room and the facilities were clean (no bugs), but is not a full-service hotel (no daily cleaning for instance) and can hear other TVs very clearly. I would characterize this as a low 2 star hotel.

Always reception was absent, I haven't seen that before in my life!!! Very bad outside picture of the hotel, like being demolished!!

Чисто,комфортно, достаточно большой (3-местный), есть терраска со столиком и стульями (такие, насколько я понял, только у двух номеров в отеле). Новая сантехника, большое количество розеток в номере. Расположен рядом с метро и жд станцией, пешком до собора - минут 15.

Время работы ресепшена - с 14 до 19. В остальное время предлагают звонить по телефону, но у нас не получилось.

Leider war aufgrund einer spontanen Entscheidung nicht mehr viel zu buchen in Köln ohne ein Vermögen auszugeben. Von der guten Lage war ich überrascht. Nicht im Sinne der Nachbarschaft (die ist es nämlich nicht) sondern der guten Anbindung zur Stadt. 2 Minuten Fußweg und man kann den eine Haltestelle entfernten Bahnhof erreichen oder 10-15 Minuten zur Shopping-Meile.

Ich erwartete ein kleines Loch, doch ein großes Zimmer mit Kochnische erwartete uns. Die Mängel kamen auf den zweiten Blick - allem voran ein widerliche Gestank im Bad, der beim Einschalten der Lüftung unerträglich wurde. üBerall Staub, Dreck. Dass die Handtücher verwaschen sind, nimmt man ggf. Hin - dass sie müffeln ist nicht schön. Kein Ersatztoilettenpapier und ein dicker Hinweis, man würde nur auf schriftlichen Antrag hin das Zimmer reinigen.

La cosa molto buona è che al prezzo di una camera si ha praticamente un miniappartamento equipaggiato con angolo cottura completo di tutto. Quindi si può cucinare e si risparmia sul ristorante.Inoltre è molto centrale e ha proprio al di là della strada il parco della città.

L' unic0 problema per chi non è molto autonomo fuori casa, potrebbe essere il fatto che la reception è aperta solo poco tempo il pomeriggio e quindi ogni informazione in altro orario è solo per via telefonica.

Gar nichts

Dieses Hotel war eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe in meinem Leben (55 Jahre) noch nie in einem Hotel übernachtet, das soooo dreckig, ungepflegt, ohne jeglichen Komfort war. Selbst in der kleinen Küchenzeile war kaum das nötigste vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war defekt, es gab kein Gefäß um Wasser zu kochen, es war keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, keine Duschtücher und... und... und. Und das schlimmste ist, für dieses Loch habe ich auch noch fast 80,00 € die Nacht bezahlt. In jeder Jugendherberge wäre es besser gewesen. Leider war durch die Möbelmesse in Köln nichts weiter zu bekommen, sonst wäre ich gar nicht erst eingezogen!!! Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Buona la posizione, vicina a una fermata della metro e comunque a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal duomo. Carina la stanza se si considera solo l'aspetto estetico.

Totale assenza di reception. L'orario di apertura sarebbe 14-19 ma in realtà non aprono mai. All'arrivo bisogna telefonare (se si viene da un'altra nazione si spende anche parecchio), farsi dare per telefono il codice per aprire la camera e prendere appuntamento per il pagamento. Nel nostro caso per le 19 (il che ci ha fatto perdere il pomeriggio essendo arrivati alle 17:30) ma non si è presentato nessuno fino alle 19:30. L'alternativa proposta per permetterci di allontanarci dall'hotel era lasciare I soldi in camera, cosa che ovviamente non abbiamo fatto. Pulizia approssimativa: vecchi campioncini usati di doccia schiuma nella doccia, batuffoli di polvere in grande quantità sotto il letto. Ci sarebbe anche una cucina, ma con appena un bicchiere, una tazza, una minuscola padellina, un paio di piatti e qualche posata. Impossibile cucinare senza portarsi l'occorrente da casa.
