All the facilities in this ultra modern hotel were perfect for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice. The other food on offer at the hotel was fresh, tasty and great value; transport was within walking distance. Room was very well equipped, well decorated, clean, comfortable and soundproof. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!!!

Breakfast was good but needs to have Sausages, Bacon & Beans to compliment the eggs.

Modern design, excellent and clean bathroom and shower facilities, very clean, helpful staff, strong free wifi signal, plenty of choice for breakfast, easy to reach, good location, very close to Alexanderplatz, good neighbourhood, good wall insulation, iPads in the lobby free for use to all guests

No parking reservation, no place to park at the front of the building while you check-in or drop off your luggage, need to re-login to wifi, always very crowded at breakfast no matter if it's weekend or during the week

We booked in H2 Hotel but we were given a room next door in the Ramada. The staff at the H2 were super friendly and helpful. The room we got in the Ramada was way over the top of what I expected for the price we payed. Very pleases with the arrangement from the H2 management. The breakfast at the Ramada was fantastic and we enjoyed it. The staff at the Ramada were very helpful and friendly and the whole process of the change was seamless and very well organised. Credit to the management, processes and staff of both hotels. Will most certainly be using H2 again. Great location too.

No issues

Nice recpetion staff with good of languages. It is a no frills hotel with all you need for a short stay. Comfortable room and nicely equiped bathroom. Wifi service works perfect. Breakfast has a good selection of food. Very good location.

The electric blinders rolled up automatically around nine something. Maybe due to the possition I hade set them, but it was no tpossible to roll them down again. The space for clothes, at least in my room, was really small, althoug it was sufficient for my one night stay, Breakfast area was a bit crowded.

I have booked the hotel 3 month before my trip, the whole price was taken from my card at once and was about 30 euro more than it was mentioned in my order. The staff refused to explain the difference.

Space for breakfast is too small...This hotel has 288 bedrooms(I think)...Then it is too crowed!!

Extremely good value, friendly and helpful staff, small but well appointed rooms, and a good location for a Berlin city break.

A bit cramped for breakfast at busy time.

Only location i liked about this hotel.

Very basic, just a bed to sleep, nothing else at all, no minibar, no safe-box, no refrigerator, no cabinets, no desk. Its most likely a Hostel for students, not hotel.

Excellent value-for-money hotel, offering clean and comfortable rooms. Was a little surprised that the hotel does not provide a kettle for boiling water, so we had to buy drinking water for ourselves. The hotel is also a bit further from Alexanderplatz station, while the Park Inn station is nearer. But the breakfast provided is reasonable good.

Breakfast was very good! Location, easy to use public transport nearby. Allowed smoking in my room. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I missed a bar in the hotel, was not so much drinks to choose in the cafe.
