It was the friendliess, most well run Marriott that we have stayed at. It was in an excellent quiet central location,amid designer shops but only a short walk from excellent shopping malls and beautiful, downtown, lakeside Hamburg. |

The price was worthy for the service. Hotel made a discount for weekend stay, and significant discount for kids. Parking is a litle bit too expensive. |

i liked that it is positioned in heart of city centre. services were slow, staff rude sometimes for marriot standards. also, abit expensive. |

Reservation was mishandled and corrected only after several e-mails before arrival .The Hotel staff ( bar,restaurant ) was not fully qualified ( English scarcely spoken ). |

the location is very good. The rooms are big. The internet in the first room did not work, in the next room it was oldfashion and far too expensive ( should be included). The aircondition and ventilation did not work properly. ( We did not sleep to well).The restaurant is too small, and the price for breakfast is far too high ( 26 E.) Should also be included. We drive a SUV, and the garage was too low. |

Spacious room, quiet location for good sleeping conditions, convenient bar with friendly service, breakfast location on 2nd floor atrium. This hotel is very comfortable and makes special efforts to please its customers. |

The hotel was very nice. The location is perfect if you like to be within walking distance of the town square with restuarants and shopping. A little pricy...but you get what you pay for. |

Great location right in the centre, near an U-bahn station, but up a side street with little traffic so it's quiet for a city centre hotel. Staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room when booking, and got one: didn't even hear the guests in the adjacent rooms. Only two slight negatives: (1) no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (which I think is standard for a Marriott?) But there are cafes right outside so it's not a major problem. (2) The breakfast (and restaurant and bar) are pricey. 26 Euro for a cooked breakfast per person. But again there are the cafes, and some good restaurants within a short walk, so you have choices. |

The location of the hotel is good. The toilet is not clean. Lots of little debris is on the floor. As we are traveling with our 17mth old son, he found lots of little things like pins, small paper, etc |
