Great breakfast buffet. Nice and friendly staff

Got a room in level with the parking area with cars parked very close to the window.

the hot workplace.el was convenient to downtown Hamburg and the seaport. Also, it was about a ten minute stroll to my son's

The Fitness Center. One reason I chose Renaissance Hamburg Hotel was because you advertised you have a Fitness Center. With two treadmills, a stationary bike and an elliptical machine an aerobic workout is covered. However, when I went to lift weights, I was greatly disappointed. you can't get much of a weight training workout with a pec deck, a lat machine and a leg extension machine.

Spacious room, clean and good noise isolation from the inside. Well located in the alts tad, not too far away from Hafencity. Good place to stay for business

Construction works on a neighboring building started already at 6:30 in the morning. Internet was not included in the room price. That is so last century....

The sink in room 304 was making a weird loud noise at all the time, worked me up in the morning.

Room comfort in particular the bed and bed linen.

No automatic wi if this had to be paid for and was not efficient. Very poor

Great bedding, good size room and great location. I've been staying here for ten years and choose the hotel based on location.

Windows permit outside noise from coming in. I was woken twice by construction work from next door. Breakfast used to be better: no more baked beans, and the graved lachs used to be better also. Very cold in the lobby and the bar area in winter.

Without telling us before, we were put in a smoker's room which smelled terribly! The hotel claimed that they did not know we where not smokers (this question was not given as an option by booking.com) and since the hotel was full, this was the only place we could stay. We hated it!

Superb accommodation - very well-appointed room. We had a comfortable stay and an excellent night's rest. The hotel is well-positioned within easy walking distance of the city centre and Hamburg's excellent U-Bahn system.

Breakfast for two adding nearly 50% to the cost of the room was a strong incentive to breakfast elsewhere. That was disappointing as the rest of our brief stay was excellent.

The breakfast was overpriced, but the hotel is situated in a perfect spot, close to shopp, and sightseeinging,

The room was large with two arm chairs and a desk chair. The bed was huge and so comfy! The decor was clean and fresh. We heard nothing from other rooms during our stay.

At 18€ for a continental breakfast, it was not cheap ( with €22 if you included fruit or €28 if you want cooked food) so after first day we found other local places to eat as we set off for the day.
