Really nice hotel. Big room. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The guy who checked us in really need a lesson in behavior. He behaved very snobbish and rude, and rolled his eyes when we told that we booked the room through booking.com. Everything else was perfect, and this shouldn't keep you from using the hotel. |

The front dest staff think they are the hotel manager, and do not listen to complaints. The hotel debited my credit card 3 times and when i informed the front desk lady, she said it is impossible, and they do not make mistakes like that. She was very rude infront of all other people and did not want to listen to what i was saying. My friend was with me and also agreed that that was not they way to treat guest. |

2 large double beds were given as requested and very comfortable, the location is perfect in the middle of the new shopping area with haute couture shops etc.. 1) Small bath tub, toilet in the room was mouldy. 2) fitness and sauna was really old fashioned, in desperate need of an upgrade! 3) no flatscreen tv in the rooms, while having 5 stars = dissapointment.. |

The close proximity to the great shops and restaurants of Hamburg. There should be an iron and ironing board in the room. Broschek Rooms are very small for double occupancy. |

Good central location right in the middle of one of the city's most important business and shopping area. Very good american breakfast. We requested a room to be non-smoking, hotel didn't seem to try to fulfill this wish, although it seemed hotel was not fully booked. Also there was no bidet, which was supposed to be there according to description at booking.com. Only 1 bathrobe and 1 set of sleepers in a double-room. Bath curtain not water-proof, very hard not to wet the floor while taking shower. |

Kann ich nichts zu sagen, da ich nur eine Nacht dort verbacht habe. Der Teppich im Hotelflur hat mich schon sehr gestört, da er hin und wieder etwas kaputt war und das ist mMn ein No-Go für ein Hotel einer solchen Klasse! |
