Excellent service and politeness from the staff (hotel and restaurant). Nice river view. Nice and clean rooms. The centre of Hamburg is on the other side of the river. wi-fi connection was available with keyboard and connection to television. i was not able to use my laptop with wi-fi connection (but maybe there was a way... simply I did not ask for help) |

Nice large rooms with beautiful river view. Good restaurant.Helpful personell. For Hamburg area very good quality at relative low price. No wireless internet connection, only via very slow cable. |

The friendly and cool ambience Yes,there was not tv channels for non german speaking guests.the hotel shud consider to be user friendly. |

The staff were friendly and efficient while the views of the river with a continual flow of ships going past the hotel were fascinating. It was also a novelty travelling to and from Hamburg by ferry. Transport to and from Hamburg by taxi was expensive and the traffic at times horrendous. The ferry to/from the pier outside the hotel was a much better and cheaper alternative but it finishes too early in the evening. |

Ausstattung der Zimmer, gute Matrazen, Lage des Hotels, 24 Std.Check In, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, toller Ausblick auf die Elbe Lift Samstag+Sonntag defekt (Pech - kann passieren), Service könnte freundlicher/herzlicher sein, Frühstücksbereich könnte heller u. großzügiger gestaltet sein (Raumteiler verhindern teilweise den schönen Blick auf die Elbe) |

Die Fahrt mit der Fähre vom Hotelanlieger zu den Landungsbrücken. Habe mein Anschlußkabel vom Braun Rasierer vergessen, es wurde leider nicht nachgeschickt. |
