The hotel was near the airport and was very comfortable. However it would help if guests were e-mailed where the link phone was situated in the terminal, or even that there was one available. I had e-mailed the hotel to advise of my arrival time but didn't receive a reply. |

Close to the airport with available shuttle for free. I could do the check out the night before because I was leaving very early. |

Was picked up from the terminal even though only a few minutes away and was done so promptly after midnight The gym facilities are not available until the evening and the pool only during the day, so while these are advertised using them is not necessarily compatable with the times when one is staying in the hotel. |

Easy Quick Service Very friendly once again we stayed there 2 years ago also . Only down side Hotel bar was very pricey .Gin & Tonic was 9 Euros . |

Convenience to the airport and train station The fitness center was not available for use in the mornings. One of the reasons I selected the Holiday Inn Hannover was because of the fitness center for my morning exercise routine. The pool was not good for swimming laps. I was very disappointed by this. |

The staffs are very helpfull. Facilities are quite well. Close to the train station. Food is nice. The price should include the breakfast. A litle bit confuse to operate the aircon. No hotel guideline. |

the staff were brilliant also the activitys (swiming pool sauna etc)were great.the hotel was very clean aswell the TV channels were appalling no english channels at all except the news |
