Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and in a relaxed atmosphere. The beds were comfortable The bedroom needed refurbishing. Curtains had holes in them. The carpet needed replacing and the walls repainting.Had the feeling they are attempting this in other parts of the hotel. Cannot recommend now but maybe in the future |

I thought the staff was very helpful and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel's location was also convenient for me on this trip. I think it would be great if they provided free wireless access because the rates for the wireless access through the third-party vendor are a bit high. |

Very friendly helpful receptionist spoke excellent English gave good advice on on street parking. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice nice breakfast room and again helpful staff. No tea/coffe making facilities in the room decor a bit dated but room was comfy enough |

The Hotel is in a 20 walk distance from the Berliner Platz. I got an extremely small single room.There was not even place on the floor to open my luggage,so i had to put it on the bed to do it.The towels were quite used from other guests.Old furniture.The brekfast quite simple. |

Excellent location for trains and also short walking distance to the city centre. My room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived at 8.45pm. It then took 1 hour for them to phone someone to come and clean it, so I couldn't get into my room until 9.45pm. |

My third stay here. Both previous times the Hotel was good on all counts. This time it most certainly was not. It is in a great location for Stuttgart city centre - a few minutes walk or take the U-Bahn or S-Bahn all close. Breakfast was a nightmare - lots of tables still not reset for new diners -- so nowhere to sit. Hot water urn always empty. No plates, cups, rolls,etc, etc, etc - total chaos for our entire stay - not a one off. Staff never around, or won't look you in the eye or ignore your asking for help. |

Excellent value for the money. Easy getting to the airport by car. Good breakfast, helpful staff and good location. We would go back there if back in Stuttgart. |

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the efficiency of the staff.The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the subway and to the main street in downtown.It takes only 40 mn to travel from the hotel to the airport. |

The hotel is nice and with a good staff. A good point is that the breakfast is included and you have everything! Furthermore the hotel is really well situated, 2-3 minutes from the main train station (with subway). |

Price-Service ration was great together with the excellent location. It's a Hot spot for ecocomic visits in Stuttgart - whether private or business. A few small things were missing - such as the 'do-not-disturb' tag. Which made the cleaning lady come in several times while I was working. But nothing serious. I would go there again. |
