メールでの問い合わせにはあまり迅速に対応してくれないようです。地下鉄駅の目の前にあるので、初めての方でも迷わずに到着できます。アジア系のおばさんがきりもりしています。ドイツ語での応対は問題なく、深夜のチェックインにも対応してくれて親切でした。市内に同一経営者のホテルがもう一軒あります。 メールでの対応状況（予約確認など）が改善されればもっと良いでしょう。 |
