The staff we're extremely accommodating for my needs and made me feel very welcome indeed. If ever I need a hotel in Dusseldorf I would definitely book this one again. |

Location cetral in the city. Short distanse to "Altstat" and shopping aria in Düsseldorf. Near U-bahn. Noise from other guests at night. |

esta cerca del centro comercial tanto para acercarse andando como por medio del metro que esta justo enfrente del hotel necesitaria una buena mano de pintura y una decoracion de las habitaciones un poco mas acogedora |

酒店的接待很热情，价格也合适，就是靠街道的房间比较吵，主要是轨道交通的原因。入住的时候可以要一个不靠- 街道的房间 |

The hotel is clean, but the room is a little bit small. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is near the tram and the river Rhine. |

Ideale Lage zumStadtzentrum und Altstadt und ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Zimmer.Ausgiebiges Frühstückbüffet.Sehr große Auswahl.Für Wochenendurlaube gut. Beim Eintreffen wußte leider diePerson an der Rezeption über meine Buchung nichts und ich mußte erst meine Bestätigung vorlegen. |

メールでの問い合わせにはあまり迅速に対応してくれないようです。地下鉄駅の目の前にあるので、初めての方- でも迷わずに到着できます。アジア系のおばさんがきりもりしています。ドイツ語での応対は問題なく、深夜の- チェックインにも対応してくれて親切でした。市内に同一経営者のホテルがもう一軒あります。 メールでの対応状況（予約確認など）が改善されればもっと良いでしょう。 |
