Location is good - halfway between Harbour and City center. The appartment was very comfortable, one feels like at home and not crowded in a hotel room. Very good restaurants right around the corner. They do not honour "green telephone" numbers and charge full rates which is unjustified |

Location and architecture are just perfect: Central St. Pauli, spacious and modern rooms with a great view. The staff and service personnel are accustomed to dealing with long term guests, and have become sloppy and neglectful on their job from the perspective of a weekend traveller - kitchenette was 'day-to-day clean' but not 'guest changed' clean, lights on the upper floor of the maisonette did not work. Also the room has no printed manual (it is online in the hotel tv) and the tv was not turned on, so it took us some time to figure everything out. All in all it worked out ok, but disappointed as a four-star location. |

The location was perfect, the room was wonderful decorated, the kitchen inside was a nice surprise, big windows, plenty of light and not so noisy in a lively neighboorhood. The breakfast could have been in the price included |

Excellent hotel to stay for viewing Hamburg and relax. All places of interest are within 15 minutes walking distance. We stayd there twice during 10 days and it was perfect palce to stay! Wireless internet is not available in whole hotel, but cable internet is available in each room. |

Hotel has very good location to see the city. I stayed at Grand Suite number and it was perfect for family with very small child. The fact that this hotel has no restaurant is not a problem as there are several good places within 100 m distance |

goed uitgerust appartement, rustig maar heel centraal gelegen in portugese wijk met veel leuke informele restaurants, spaans, italiaans,portugees. We vonden het heel kinderachtig dat er alleen bij aankomst 2 cupjes voor het nepressoapparaat waren en dat we verder elk cupje moesten afrekenen. Onzakelijke zuinigheid! Maar verder was het prima voor elkaar! |

Sehr zentrale Lage, diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten und Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, maritimes Design der Suite, freundlicher Empfang, Einchecken war bereits um 11h möglich, bedarfsgerecht ausgestattete Küche, sehr ruhig, große Auswahl an guten Restaurants direkt um die Ecke Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, Küche nicht sauber, Flecken in Schränken und Kühlschrank, Inventar mit Staubschicht bedeckt, im Badezimmer Utensilien der Vorgänger gefunden, nach Reklamation erfolgte nur teilweise und oberflächliche Beseitigung der Mängel |

Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een weekend of midweek Hamburg gelegen op loopafstand van de haven en het stadscentrum. Het is een appartementenhotel zonder ontbijtfaciliteiten, maar als je zelf geen inkopen doet zijn er leuke ontbijttentjes in dezefde straat. |

Fräscht hotell i lugn omgivning med rymligt rum. Nära till många bra restauranger. Lätt att ta sig dit från flygplatsen med S-bahn. Extrasängen var mer anpassad för ett barn än en vuxen. |
