This Hotel offers good quality accommodation in a convenient location just minutes by tram from the airport as well as from the beautiful city centre. The reception staff were always pleasant efficient and helpfuland the place was well maintained, spotlessly clean and very quiet (despite being at a major road junction). There was no in room facility for making hot drinks. A litre bottle of water bought from reception cost 5 euros!!!!!! |

The Hotel was clean and the Staff were friendly. The Breakfeast was very good . Good quality of food . It was also convient to have a drink in the Evening. Some of the rooms smelled of smoke .And the water in the shower had ahabit of going cold suddenly . |

I enjoyed the location, witch took me 4 tram stations to get into the city centre :) staff is good, breakfast is excelent. |

The room was nice and spacious with a big bathroom. Very clean. There was a kitchenette between 2 rooms with a refrigerator and stove. Parking in rear of hotel - plenty of open spots. Location was further from city center than we expected. We had to walk 5-10 minutes to nearest tram stop. |

I liked that we got a fairly cheap deal and that the tram was close by and took us into town quickly. Evening meal was nice. I did not like the price of breakfast per person 15 Euro each per day (the most expensive i've ever encountered) The hotel internet was approx 9 Euro an hour! Room was clean but basic. A useless hob in the rooom, shower temp went up and down during use. Pay per view films were very expensive. Bedroom view overlooked a derelict factory. |

Close to public transport, close to airport. Friendly helpful staff; clean and warm room. Great to have a fridgidaire, microwave and stove available in entry in front of rooms. One would only need some crockery and cutlery with it. An extra towel rack next to the wash basin in the bathroom for the hand towel would be nice |

Close to the airport (walking distance). A little longer, but still a walking distance to the old city either. Helpfull staff, basic facilities and equipment, good parking. We liked it. |

The location was nice for me to walk around but also get a cab to go to the city I felt the charges to my phone bill were astronomical. There was no information on the phone stating any charges would apply at all. There was no prompt on the phone stating a charge would be applied, and upon check out the staff tried to charge me for an extra breakfast which I did not have. I only ate breakfast once, but he removed the charge as soon as I told him it was incorrect |

We were wong informed about breakfast. And because of this reason we missed it. When we came to the breakfast, the restaurant was closed. It has appeared that nobody told us that on week-days restaurant closed one hour earlier. Administration just told that we were informed by trainee and that we had to read all information in the lift. Very interesting! What have to do those people who doesnt use lift? Advice: teach your trainees better! |

Very friendly service and a good value for the price. Always eager to help and answered all questions in a nice manner. Cleaning staff is rediculously loud and noisy. Starting cleaning rooms at 8am, and had no intention of trying to be quite. Could sleep at all the 1st nite. that sucked! |
