Modern, very well presented facilities. Good breakfast in a nice setting. Less than 15 minutes walk to the centre of Lubdeck. |

superb sauna and steam rooms, also had a pool which was not advertised on the web site, food was excellent (if you can forgive the Germans for their love of raw meat at breakfast!) slightly further to walk to the town centre than I anticipated, apart from that was very happy with the hotel |

The hotel met or exceeded my expectations in all areas: The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well equipped, of a decent size, and clean and fresh. A good location near the city, easy to find by car, and a short walk via the railway station to the city centre at the other side. Overall a plesant stay, I would recommend the hotel to anyone |

Nice indoor pool connected to the garden! Even a backside room was a bit noisy because of the traffic. It will take about 20 min on foot to the city-center. Internet connection was only available in the lobby(only one chair) or in the restaurant. |

The hotel was superb, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The food was excellent and the rooms well appointed. The Health Spa was just lovely and very relaxing. Altogether a wonderful stay. |

Nice rooms with very nice bathrooms. Food excellent. Friendly staff. Spa facilities looked excellent. Our air condition did not work on a hot summer night. A very nice member of staff moved us to another room in the middle of the night. Unfortunately air condition in new room not working either. Price reduced by 20 Euros. Area seems a little deprived, 20-30min walk into city centre. Spa/ Poolage limit 16 years. |

I am not certain whether all Lubeck hotels are expensive, but I did not find the hotel good value for money. My room was very small, I had to beg for a control for the air conditioner, which I could not reach without climbing on something. |

The rooms were delicate and clean. We had some problems with bad air quality, but were offered a suite as soon as we pointed this out. We found this as a very nice service. The reseptionists were very polite and service minded. The air condition system were not very well explained, and we did not get sufficient functionality of this. The personnel preparing for breakfast could be more service minded. |

Hyggelig betjening. God frokost. Hotel med atmosfære. Leit at baderommet vårt var veldig fuktig, tom alt vi satte fra oss der ble fuktig og omtrent vått. Måtte kaste toalettveska og noe av innholdet. |
