Nice welcome, and comfortable beds

My room was close to the train line, so it was a little noisy

Proprietor and his staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. The village was very interesting. The price was good and the food and local wine were both excellent.

If you are looking for a quiet base or just an overnight stop this is perfect!. The staff are very welcoming and speak English. The hotel is in a pleasant little town which you can spend a day exploring as there are some lovely walks in the area. It is also on a mainline train route so you can explore local towns and cities without having to drive anywhere. We travelled to Koblenz and Trier by train and it is not expensive. It is close to the main roads for exploring the Mosel and Ahr valleys. We have been twice and will go back again. Oh, and the breakfast and restaurant menu are delicious!

Excellent staff, Rooms very clean and modern. The local Wine Festival was taking place whilst we were staying and we had a brilliant time enjoying the atmosphere and live music (and the local wine of course)

Nice small town near the river Good price

Lot of noise from the nearby rail track. Hospitality of owner was not fantastic

The guesthouse is close to the railway and noisy when trains pass by. Some mosquitos. The owner didn't was very friendly.

The proprietor was a lovely welcoming and helpful man. The restaurant was good value and the hotel an excellent centre for a cycling holiday along the Mosel

The innkeeper is very hospitable and accomodating. This hotel is in a very picturesque little town and it is quiet. The trains zipped by once in a while but we took no exception to that. The town is surrounded by vineyards and the ruins of a castle. Hicking trails are nearby. There is a good restaurant on site and bicycles are available also.

It is in the centre of a very pretty village on the River Mosel with great walks and cycle routes. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly with ample free parking. The restaurant is also very good and reasonable. Breakfasts were good. We enjoyed our stay so much and thought it was such good value, that we are going back in July with visitors from South Africa.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar van het hotel. Belangrijk was de prive parkeerplaats. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Kleinschalig hotel met een familie sfeer.

Sehr gute und reichhaltige Frühstück. Gastfreundlichkeit und sehr schönes modernes Zimmer.

Hotel Weinhaus is niet zoveel bijzonders maar dat mag misschien ook wel niet voor die prijs. Er is naast t hotel ook nog een dependance/pensionadres (op 50 m vd spoorlijn) en dat is wennen...we hadden bewust een hotel gezocht dat wat verder van de spoorlijn gesitueerd was... maar helaas. Overigens alle hotels aan "deze zijde" hebben dit probleem. (treinen rijden dag en nacht langs deze lijn) Ons advies tijdig boeken aan de "overkant van de rivier".

een heel mooi dorpje,prachtig uitzicht, propere kamers,goed ontbijt,de moeite waard om een wandeling te maken in het dorp.

een minpunt : als de venster snachts geopend is, is er veel lawaai van verkeer en vooral van treinen.
