Very nice and accommodating personnel. Could fix most anything we asked for. Great spot to use as a base for MC or bike excursions. The hotel had deals with different spa establishments in the village. No handicap entrance or rooms with handicap toilets.

Meiner Schwester und mir hat die familiäre Atmosphäre besonders gut gefallen. Die Gastwirtin ist freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Sie bemüht sich sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste und macht es sogar möglich, dass man sich abends noch einen Tee kochen kann oder andere Wünsche erfüllt bekommt. Noch hat das Haus den alten Hahnenkleer "Charme", aber die jungen Besitzer sind bereits dabei, zu modernisieren und verschönern. Die Zimmer sind hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit wirklich sehr bequemen Matratzen ausgestattet. Wir kommen im Schnee auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hotellet ligger centralt i den lille hyggelige by og der var en rigtig god service. Fin morgenmad . Vi fik god vejledning omkring seværdigheder i området og det var tydeligt at hotelejeren ville gøre alt for at vi fik en god oplevelse af stedet. Der var ikke noget jeg ikke brød mig om.

Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir von unserer Gastgeberin, Frau Weinheimer, auf das herzlichste empfangen und in einer äußerst lieben und netten Weise uns unser Apartment gezeigt. Da wir von dort auch einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Hahnenkleee und Umgebung hatten, wurde uns auch gleich alles gezeigt und erklärt.Wir hatten die nächsten Tage keine Probleme mit der Orientierung.Unser Apartment war wirklich vom allerfeinsten. Wunderbar eingerichtet, großzügige Räumlichkeiten und eine herrliche ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur, Vogelgezwitscher inclusive. Das Früstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und natürlich (war ja auch nicht anders zu erwarten) eine äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin, die sich immer um das Wohlbefinden Ihrer Gäste kümmerte. Der sehr schöne Kurpark liegt direkt neben dem "Haus am Karpfenteich"Zum Zentrum sind es max 5 Min, es gibt hier wunderbare Gaststätten mit einer sehr guten Küche. In der Umgebung kann man sehr schön wandern. Der "Liebesbankweg" ist Pflicht. Da wir die "Harzer Wandernadel wandern sind wir oft im Harz incl. Übernachtung. Am schönsten hat es uns bis jetzt bei Frau Weinheimer gefallen. Dafür noch ein recht dickes Dankeschön !! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder. Viele liebe Grüße Monika und Jochen Lampe

Rigtig god og meget venlig service, dog kun bemandet om formiddagen. Pæne værelser. God morgenmad. Vi boede der I 4 dage, og der var ingen rengøring eller fornyelse af håndklæder og andet I perioden. Synenes ikke prisen svarer til det man får, selv om selve stedet er ganske fint.

Die Lage direkt am Kurpark ist Ideal, alles sehr schnell zu erreichen. Frühstücksbuffet war völlig ausreichend. Betten bequem. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war nicht ganz unser Geschmack, die Möbel waren schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Hotel ist ein sehr gut geführtes, kleines Haus. Die Chefin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Außerdem sind Informationen und Tips zu Umgebung verfügbar.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung wärend des Aufenthaltes. Die Ferienwohnung "Am Karpfenteich" ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Sehr empfehlenswert
