Big, comfortable rooms very carefully decorated, all is new and ver clean. Nice breakfast, friendly owners.

Difficult to communicate if you dont speak german the location is not the best. Not much to do in short distance and not even 'nature' view from the room windows

This place is unbelievable: the owners, the room brandnew and superclean, the breakfast, everything is ten out of ten. We have never been that spoiled in one day. Thanks again and we will revisit you in the future. Ideal for wanderers, biketours, many routes available. Nice and quiet place to refuel your energy.

Really; can't think of anything... And we have been around...

The rooms and bathrooms were warm and cosy, with every concievable convenience and luxuy one would expect from 5* hitel. A Franke coffe machine, grinding fresh beans offered everything from espressos - macchiatos and hot water for tea, with a plate brimming with a scrumptious offering of traditional christmas biscuits - all on the house! Twenty steps from Haus am Kipp is the friendly, homely and fabulous Restaurant Berghof. Breakfast the next morning was superb with eggs to order, fresh crusty rolls and croissants, a selection of cold meat cuts and cheeses, yogurts, muesli, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, rolled herrings, frankfurters with mustard...only problem is what to choose! All of this luxury at an exceptional price package!

Very friendly small hotel, excellent service, clean, decoration with good taste, one of those beautiful villages near Mosel valley. This hotel is a small treasure. A pleasant rest for a tired traveller.

Very nice welcome, clean and comfortable room, perfect service, exactly as described.

The road that goes directly to the hotel was under building, therefore you need to take another, longer way. It is ot big issue, you need to just consider a little bit more time to get to the hotel from the highway a3/ cca 15 minutes more in the step hill.

Haus am kipp was a fantastic experience. Clean modern spacious rooms. Fantastic diner and breakfast...when i have the chance i will book haus am kipp without a doubt! It is a bit remote, but the views will are amazings.

Based on the furniture in the main building rooms, this is a 5 Star hotel; everything is new and has great design. The other rooms in the attached building have 2 levels, which gives more privacy a family with one kid who could use the couch in the lower level. The family who own the house are very friendly and welcoming. This is the best hotel I had during my 2 weeks visit to 5 countries in Europe.

Mine host Wilfred & Wife went out of there way to make you feel at home,rooms were spacious/clean and very comfortable beds,meals were A1 The views from the patio at the rear were spectacular.Will be returning to Hause Am Kipp next year on my way back from Italy. Many thanks Wilfred & Wife

The accommodation was perfect with unsurpassed attention to detail and incredible generosity. Breakfast had a wonderful choice of foods and hot drinks were freely available at all times.

Haus am Kipp is really great! We had the best hosts ever. Rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is very well served. Free coffee and bottled water. Very family environment, and the host treats you like kings and queens. Just amazing... Splendid view on the hill New hotel, only 4 rooms available. The husband runs a very nice restaurant. Haus am Kipp is a paradise!! Located on top of a hill with a magnificent view over the valley. The rooms are very luxury. There is a garden with different places to sit, very beautiful. The owner and his family go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. They are perfect hosts. I felt like a VIP. There is a room you can use with a kitchen and a big fridge with several drinks. Just pick what you want and put it on a tab. Expensive coffeemachine makes lovely latte machiato's and espresso's for free use! Breakfast is awsome. Never seen a place like this before! We only stayed one night but we will be back for a longer period, it is a very nice area. We went to Diez and Limburg, that are lovely pittoresk villages. Do not hesitate, book this place, you will absolutely not regret it!! I write this review in English instead of Dutch because I want everybody to read it!

The only sad thing is that we had to leave again! (just stayed overnight from holiday in Tsjechie back to Holland)

enorme gastvrijheid super ontbijt, altijd koffie en thee beschikbaar (en wat voor koffie, geweldig) mogelijkheid om het naastgelegen restaurant zeer goed te eten (prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed) Haus am Kipp is het voorbeeld voor iedereen die zijn gasten goed wil verzorgen

niets, ook de weg ernaar toe was goed te vinden (blijkbaar zijn alle wegopbrekingen van de verleden tijd)

Geweldige ontvangst. Schitterende kamers met uitstekende faciliteiten. Snel WIFI. Koffie, thee of choco de hele dag gratis in te schenken. Geweldige vriendelijkheid van pensionhouders. Mooie omgeving.

Das non-plus-ultra eines Hotels: wunderbar eingerichtete Zimmer, schönste Lage und Gastgeber, die ihre Gäste gerne verwöhnen! Dazu kocht der Hausherr 5-Sterne mässig! Rundum ein Traumdomizil! Hier ist der Gast wirklich König!

Wir waren mit unserem Hund Boffin über das Wochenende im Haus am Kipp und waren mehr als angenehm angetan.Die Familie Orsawa hat uns den Aufenthalt zum Abschluss mit einem exzellenten Frühstücksbuffet abgerundet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig.

. Prachtige kamers (slaapkamer, zitkamer, en zeer ruime badkamer . Nieuw ingericht (zeer goede kwaliteit, nieuwe vloerbedekking in de kamers, luxueuze badkamer met inloopdouche. . Klein restaurant aan-huis, gerund door de eigenaar . Goede kaart, voor heel schappelijke prijzen . Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet (zelfs met zalm, garnalen, kaasassortiment, fruit, brood, sappen, enz. ) . Gratis koffie uit de superkoffie machine (versgemalen koffie) . Balkons met uitzicht over de omgeving . Ontzettend vriendelijk echtpaar dat zeer attent en geïnteresseerd is . Hier kun je wel een week doorbrengen, veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, goede fiets- en wandelroutes. . Deze streek sla je meestal over als je op doorreis bent, maar het is er prachtig, heuvels, vergezichten, bos, rust, natuur.

. Helaas, wij waren op doorreis maar zouden hier graag een midweek doorbrengen

Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht, von dem was uns im Haus am Kipp erwartet hat. Excellent in jeder Hinsicht. Der HÍnhaber hat uns mit seiner Kochkunst begeistert. Wir haben es genossen uns von ihm kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen. Die Zimmer, wie auch die gemeisamen Gästebreiche sind stilvoll eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Der Außenbereich läd zum Verweilen ein. Der Service ist erstklassig, Das Preisleistungs-verhältnis ist einfach spitze. So viele Dinge sind im Preis inbegriffen, die absolut nicht selbstverständlich sind, wie Blumen auf dem Zimmer, Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten und Wasser uva. Kurz gesagt, Herzlichkeit, Freude, stilvolles Ambiente und Engagement stehen hier an erster Stelle. Eine Wohlfühloase. Wir gratulieren zu dieser Leistung und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Haus am Kipp. Vielen Dank!
