These fully-furnished apartments enjoy a tranquil location next to a forest and spa park. They are a 3-minute walk from the beach and pier in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Haus am Park offers comfortable accommodations in 2 neighboring apartment houses. Building 1 is a 100-year-old villa featuring traditional seaside architecture. Building II is a modern apartment complex with a gym, solarium and sauna, which guests in both buildings can use. All apartments at Haus am Park have a fully-equipped kitchen. Most apartments in building I and all apartments in building II have a private porch or balcony accessed via the living room. The pedestrian zone in Binz is just a short walk from the Haus am Park. The Haus am Park apartments are a good base on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. They are a 10-minute drive from the Sassnitz ferry port, or the Jasmund national park with its white chalk cliffs. Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit von Vermieter und Mitarbeiterteam, die Lage (ruhig am Rande eines Parks gelegen, aber dennoch nahe der Seebrücke), das Frühstück.

Das Personal was das Frühstück zubereitet hat war sehr freundlich und ist individuell auf jeden Gast eingegangen und hat deren Wünsche erfüllt . Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet . Ausreichend Handtücher wurden auch zu verfügung gestellt . Die kleine Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet . Die Lage war sehr angenehm ,man war von der Natur umgeben und hatte es auch n icht weit bis zum Strand . Als wir angekommen sind war keiner da !!!!!! Kein Ansprechpartner , alle Türen waren verschlossen . Anhand eines telefonats sagte man uns das der Schlüssel unterm Blumenkasten liegt . Die ganze Zeit über war nur frühs das Küchenpersonal vertreten . Die Rezeption war zu 99 Prozent verschlossen auch bei der Abreise .

Nydelig atmosfære, med en kobinasjon av strand og småbyferie. Idyllisk liten plass. Sovekomfort kunne vært bedre. Litt harde madrasser I dobbeltseng. Sovesofa I stuen beregnet til barn var også for hard.

Das Haus am Park liegt sehr zentral, allerdings dennoch ruhig. Das Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Zimmer sehr sauber.

Die Lage, kleiner Balkon Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, vor allem Bad ließ zu Wünschen übrig! Haare von den Vorgängern an der Wand und in der Dusche, verschimmelte Fugen und Fliessen, staubig. Das Zimmertelefon war so schmutzig das es nicht angerührt wurde!

.Platz für Familie mit 2 Kindern war vorhanden. Die vorherige Beschreibung war etwas iritierend. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir eine Veranda hätten, jedoch war es nur eine integrierte, so dass einfach der Wohnraum etwas größer war. Kücheneinrichtung, d.h Geschirr und alles andere sehr spartanisch und bedarf mal einer Erneuerung.

Es ist eine wunderschöne alte Villa in toller Lage. Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten von der Seebrücke entfernt, direkt am schönen Kurpark gelegen - zentraler geht es kaum. Das mitgebuchte Frühstück war lecker, abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, der Chef hat uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Unser 14-jähriger Sohn musste auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen und dieses war viel zu kurz für ihn. Für kleine Kinder mag das gehen, aber für große Kinder ist diese Schlafgelegenheit ungeeignet.

Prisvärt, toppenbra läge nära strand och centrum. Ren och fin lägenhet, stor altan/terass. Bäddsoffan var plastig och obekväm. Lakan och handdukar byttes inte på hela veckan.
