Food was cheap
They nade me pay 3 more euros for a "hostel card" to be able to stay in the hostel (Was not a tax...) Just one shower for 2 FLOORS! Wifi wasn't free and never worked Worst staff ever, yelling to the travelers in german is not good even if they speak german
very comfortable bed!! Friendly personal. And free breakfast. Great location.
Good position on the river, near the center, easy also to go to Offenbach (line S). Wide bedrooms, clean bathroom
noisy environment, have to pay extra ammount. for a card I do not need. have to pay 27 euro rather than 15euro as advertised in booking.com, this is inproper. have two people who snores heavily that I could not sleep. breakfast was very poor. dinner you have to pay 6 euro for a child portion.
Because rate of night its very expensive
Beautiful view of the Main River, great location, breakfast was very good. Had the bedroom to myself the last night. It was very clean.
There was a class trip of 13-14 year olds and they were up most of the night screaming and banging doors, but they seemed to calm down after a while. The showers are a push system which was a little frustrating, but I guess it saves our water!
Found that if travelling alone that groups take priority, personally had to change rooms once which required to check out by 9:30am and return again after 1pm. I was not the only solo person to do so. No free wifi but can purchase at a cost, however the service was unavailable 3 days of the 5 I was there. They have a card access at front door but is locked between 2am and 6am so no late night clubbing unless expected out very late.
Close to the center and good public transport connection. Clean and safe.
Staying on the first floor in a room with window to a busy and noisy road made very hard to sleep well. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :-)
Simple I slepped well good breakfast very helpful night watches and staff
Nothing in partcular
Location (easily reached by bus from the Frankfurt Main train station), Value for money, staff (they were incredibly nice and spoke many many languages)
The breakfast is not that good but again you get what you pay for.
It was noisy inside and outside, crowded, no WiFi for few days, uncomfortable pillows.
Staff very friendly, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast
5 euros/24 hours of internet in hostel at 21st century in Germany? Ridiculous!
Showers and included breakfast
There is a 2AM curfew and being close to the Sachsenhausen neighborhood, which has a lot of nightlife, this is NOT a good thing. Bed was not very comfortable either.
The rooms were clean and a good size. Breakfast provided was a very good selection and substantial. Good location places reached easily by walking.
If you are not a hostel member you have to pay to stay here and that was not mentioned before we arrive. Wifi is also not free. The bunk beds didn't have sides to them so if you roll out in the night you would fall to the floor. Breakfast and checkout were quite early.
Late Check in Good Free Breakfast
die Stuhle in dem Zimmer waren nicht bequem
Good location, tidy and clean rooms, stuffs good.
Wifi ask money; not their members, ask money; over 27 years old, ask money. In all, the price of a bed almost equals a single room.
They let me use the laundry and take a shower even when my check in wasn't ready, and then let me check in earlier. The breakfast is good and free.
They charge the wifi, 5 euros 24h or 2 euros 1h. come on, we are in 2014, charge internet? The second night was a really mass, a large group of guys arrived at 2 am, start to scream really loud and slam the doors at the hallway for more than 45min and NO ONE from the reception said or did anything. I opened the door and asked for silence and they started to make some ridiculous bullying. Nightmare.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
No soap in bathrooms. Dozens of people being very loud in the hallway till late. Undisclosed fees when booking. I would not stay here again.
the location on the river/ it is near the main center station & shopping center
Great location, great price, free breakfast was nice. Lots of school groups. It was nice that our room of 10 bunks was only half full.
the staffs at the reception are very friendly, and explanated politely. I have stay at this hostel three times. I will stay at this hostel again!
breafast and service.
People party for whole night. The price is expensive because the next day we book a four star hotel and it is cheaper than here.
