Fantastic find! Excellent room, bed, linens, shower, view. Excellent meals in restaurant, with excellent service. Wonderful breakfast variety. Hike to Wartburg castle. Interesting town, Eisenach with easy walking. Favorite 2-night stop on a weeklong road trip. Wish we could have stayed longer! Not one thing - everything was outstanding, and a great value for money.

the location of the hotel, facing the wartburg castle across the valley. peaceful location,no cars. large bedrooms. no formal bar area, although you could sit and drink in the restaurant area..

Excellent castle view. Trails start literally from the hotel door. Very quiet, spacious and cosy rooms. Various choice at breakfast and super tasty baking.

We were very happy with our stay. We were given a very spacious room on the top floor with an incredible view of the Wartburg Castle. Nothing to report.

We enjoyed our stay and walked up to the Castle, which was wonderful. Would recommend this Hotel ...we only stayed overnight on our way to Berlin but enjoyed the Restaurant located in the Hotel.

Great room and food (breakfast and dinner), great view of castle and valley from dining terrace. We stopped here on they way from Mosel to Harz mountains and this hotel was the best of all the hotels we stayed at all week. Staff could have been more helpful

Proximity to Castle which was the main reason we visited this area. We have a lage picture of the castle hanging on our wall for 3 generations. Great to actually be there in person. A little hard to find --- but that was okay.

Excellent large room, TV tiny though and should have fridge in room. Atmospheric dining room and dining veranda looking across to castle. Very good food. Very good, free parking. Overall good hotel.

Lovely hotel with views of the Wartburg and the Burschenschaftdenkmal. Excellent restaurant on the terrace. Nice to spend an evening on the hotel terrace.

The rooms with a view of the Eisenach Castle the decor of the room and space. The breakfast was very nice. I would recommend this hotel it was very romantic and relaxing. Could not watch TV from our bed. The road up to the hotel was a bit steep.

Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Kein seelenloser 4Sternebunker, sondern ein mit viel Liebe und gedankenvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, welches auch noch über eine Toplage verfügt. Von unserem geräumigen Zimmer hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht auf die Wartburg, das Abendessen war vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis her sehr gut und das Frühstück lies keinen Wunsch unerfüllt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

本当に素敵なホテルでした。ホテルにあるレストランも郷土料理がありとても美味しかったです。スタッフもど- なたも親切でまた泊まりたいホテルです。日本のホテルと同様のサービスが受けれました。日本から来たからな- のか最上階の眺めの良い御部屋でした。とても素敵なホテルで是非お勧めします。 ほとんど思いつかないけど部屋の眺めがよい分御部屋が狭ヵったのが残念です。また朝食等の情報や鍵の使い方- も説明がないので自分から聞いた方がいいと思います。

- Schöne kleine, saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung - tolles Ambiente in alter Villa - Blick auf die Wartburg, wunderbar gelegen - nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Parkplatz an der Burg - Sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett - sehr nettes Personal - ALLES SUPER!

Das Zimmer mit Blick zur Burg ist ein Traum.Personal sehr nett und freundlich.Werden bestimmt dieses Haus gern wieder besuchen,DANKE !!! Wir waren 9.00 Uhr zum Frühstück und der erste Blick war nicht der den man sich wünscht.Schmutzige Tischdecken obwohl die meisten Tische schon von Geschirr leer waren.Man sollte dann vielleicht direkt saubere Decken wieder drauf tun schon allein für die Optik.Auch das Speiseangebot war dann eher etwas dürftig es würde überhaupt nichts mehr aufgefüllt was wir schade fanden.Was aber noch zur Verfügung stand war gut !
