I checked in late wich I added to my booking. Room was not available. Finally they put me in a room which was not cleaned yet. Actually room is not correct, a totally outdated horror room out of the seventies. Never ever again....

It was close to the Airport and was easy to find your way to make your way there by foot.

Stayed here just for the night before a flight out of Cologne. Great location <1mile to airport. Free parking, comfortable room. Staff was very nice and wanted to give us a pick of different room layouts. Much appreciated.

Stuff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Bath room kept very clean everyday, and offered me towels more than I need. Breakfast was nice. And they offered diifferent kinds of egg made to your order

This is the letter I sent to the Hotel Manager/Owner, from whom I never even got a response back (not that I did expect any). When we arrived, at the time previously agreed, our room wasn’t clean, the cleaning lady was cleaning it, we were attending a convention and we couldn’t wait until she was finished, we wanted to drop our things in the room, but it was told to us by the hostess (a young lady with black long hair) to leave our things at the door when the room was clean the cleaning lady would put our stuff inside. The room not being ready, was a bit odd, never happened to us before, neither leaving out luggage outside of the room, but then again, we only had clothes so we didn’t worry too much. When we tried to checkout, none of our cards worked, machine kept saying wrong ping, and declining the payment, also very strange, since we had 3 cards, 2 debits and 1 credit and none worked at your hotel, so I suggest you check your machines, because we by habit don’t carry money, and luckily my fiancé had €74 in cash, a rare thing. Once again we felt very uncomfortable and stressed with the situation. Now, when we got home, the next day my fiancé wanted to use her red jacket, she then noticed the jacket was missing, and now we know why, your cleaning lady decided to put the jacket inside the closet, we didn’t check for anything in the closet, because it was 35 degrees and we didn’t even remember we brought a jacket, there is this old saying “out of sight, out of mind”. Even though I believe this is partially our fault for not checking the closet, you have a bit of blame to take yourself, all of this situation would have been avoided if the room was clean when we arrived.

Nice and professional staff. Wifi connexion is good. If one has a car, a very good place to stay for visiting Köln and kölnmesse, thanks to the "park & ride" nearby.

Great location so close to the airport. I actually walked from the germanwings terminal (about 25-30 minutes) to the hotel, and took the complementary taxi back to the airport the following day, booked and waiting for me at 5am. The room was excellent, about 50 times better than indicated by any of the photos on the website. Staff were excellent, spoke perfect english, and even prepared a free bike and map so i could ride into the city. highly recommended, the perfect place for a one night airport stopover, with everything you need, and without breaking a budget

Excellent place to stay. Close to the Motorway. Very comfortable - good breakfast. Snack bar about 500 meters down the road very good if you arrive late and need a quick meal.

I was very impressed with the comforts provided in a room which basically I had booked merely as a place to rest before an early morning flight. The place itself was charming with lots to catch the eye though myself I had little time to spend there as I was leaving very early the next morning. If I had been staying longer I would have taken advantage of the free bicycles offered to explore the nearby countryside and also taken a meal there to see what that was like. For those travelling light there were a shaving set (disposable) and toothpaste/brush set for one time use which saved me unpacking my toiletries bag. There was also a face care pack which I did not use. Overall the room was more than I expected and very comfortable and I had the added value of an airport transfer included in the cost of the room. Great value and a pleasure to stay there. I highly recommend it. Ideal for almost any kind of traveller.

I didnt get to see the whole hotel but what I did see did not give me cause to wish I had gone somewhere else. A charming hotel with many little added thoughtful touches that should suffice for any customers needs.

The invoice has been vrote by hand as - quittung - with 5 euros more than in booking, without the voucher for transport to the airport that was included in offer. The transport to the airport wie had supported - 7 euros myself-

Late check in but everytime you order a sandwich and a beer you'll get à really nice plate with fruit , bread and stuff.. Very nice

Kort bij luchthaven en in principe shuttle er naartoe. Nette kamers en vriendelijke ontvangst.

Hadden maar voor één nacht geboekt omwille van vlucht vanuit Keulen naar Zagreb. Was incl. Shuttle naar de luchthaven maar bij aankomst moest ik de taxichauffeur toch betalen, men was een voucher vergeten mee te geven in het hotel alhoewel het duidelijk op de documenten van boeking vermeld stond.

очень уютный маленький отель с приветливым персоналом. все чисто, в номере набор для чая/кофе, wi-fi, даже инструкция есть на русском языке. мы останавливались на одну ночь перед вылетом. находится в 5 минутах езды от аэропорта. трансфер был бесплатный до аэропорта.

месторасположение удобно только тем, кто путешествует на машине. добраться на общественном транспорте из кельна сложно. мы доезжали от центрального вокзала кельна до аэропорта на экспрессе, потом от аэропорта брали такси, вышло по счетчику около 9 евро.
