View across the river. Staff pleasant. This was a triple booking. The 3rd bed was horrible - hard and uncomfortable. Front door was locked and hard to find back first time. Little flying bugs around breakfast buffet. |

Very good location Rception desk closed at 8pm. An older lady was not polite to the guests. I asked for the ticked to internet access and she was upset, to go down the stairs to give me the ticket. Internet is not free of charge. Poor breakfast |

Excellent location if you want to take a Rhine River boat trip....steps away from the hotel door. Very nice breakfast which was included in the room rate. Restaurants steps from hotel as well as close proximity to center square. |

In 19 yearts of comming to Germany I have always gone from Roterdam to my friends in munich in 1 day but this time we did it in 2 and called at your hotel we found it to be clean and the food is fantastic in my 17 days holiday in Germany I have never tasted pigs leg and blue cabage as good as your resteraunt cooked it. I have just this morning arived back home. On the return trip we stayed over night in Worms that was a big mistake we should have stayed with you instead so I hope to see you again next year thanks for asking Dave Taylor |

Nice view over the Rhine. Very nice and convenient location in Koblenz: in front of the departure of the cruise over the Rhine and the Mosel. Our late arrival at 9pm was painful as the reception was closed. Our third bed was not ready. |

Our group had two rooms, one of them overlooking the Rhine River. I would highly recommend reserving one of these rooms for the excellent view and for the nice breeze in the evening. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Also great location to the boat docks. Good value for the money. Some of the staff were helpful and polite, but others seemed to be irritated if we asked a question. Also, we couldn't get the internet access to work. |

Nice room, good breakfast, very convenient for taking the river boat in the morning There is no clear sign regarding the entrance which is at the back in the parking lot. Also, the staff was not very nice when we arrived ... no need for "under the breath" comments because we came in the wrong door! |

The booking was all confirmed when we arrived, and that is a worry when you book so far in advance from the other side of the world. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and tidy and quite spacious for a triple share. Owner had limited English , but very obliging and we could understand her. The son however spoke perfect English. They were also very helpful when we checked out and allowed us to leave our luggage with them until the afternoon. I would recommend this hotel for future travellers. I did not make it clear in my booking with booking.com we would like a room with a view over the Rhine River. Our room was a triple share and we had no view.That was the main reason I selected this property, however saying that there may be no triple share rooms with this view. I am not sure of the Hotels room configuration. This may be an extra option you could detail when people are booking rooms, with you . |

Convenient to Ferry Wharf. Convenient to restaurants and city centre. Restaurant open for lunch but closed for dinner. |

The location of the hotel was excellent by the Rhine. The family room was very spacious and nice. The hotel was perhaps a little short-staffed as we had to wait before we could check in. |

Wonderful food. Wonderful location with a beautiful view from room. Staff was excellent and very attentive. The managress was difficult and unapproachable. Free Internet was advertised, but when we wanted to use it, it was refused. |

Great location overlooking Rhine, right next to KD boat dock. Good restaurant for dinner. Excellent breakfast included with room price. Close to Deutches Ecke, and Old Town. Room clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value. |

The location cannot be better, on the Rhine with a balcony overlooking the river. I have stayed here before and will stay again when the chance offers itself. |
