Haus Panorama  

This hotel really felt like home. The kitchen facilities save eating out costs, love how they provided for tea and coffee, there are secluded seated areas around the hotel and the washing machine facilities were handy!

Annika and Simon are friendly. I feel comfortable here. The view is quite beautiful from my room's window. You can take "city bus" from train station to platz or just waking along the river then across the bridge, that is Haus Panorama.

Very friendly staff. Everything was arranged. and easy!

No parking in front, but parking is near. Only for heavy baggage is a bit difficult.

It was like a home. We liked the honesty bar concept. Even though bathroom and toilet were shared, they were clean like private usage ones. Very professional handling by the owner Simon. It is very unfortunate that we didn't get a chance to meet Simon and to get to know him. Highly recommended for all kinds of travelers.

The room has wide space, and it is also clean and concortable.

I was choosing among the cheapest deals so did not have any high expectations. I chose this house because of the center location and price. I was very happy with my choice. It is not a hotel, it is a real house where you live in one of the rooms and share bathrooms and kitchen. I am very thankful for numerous phone calls to owner (manager?) of the house, Simon, he took my late arrival very personally and even called me back to check on me. I was really touched with such friendly attitude. When we arrived to this house, it was quite late and there were no lights in and it looked scary. But it all turned out very well, we took one of the rooms. The view from our room was beautiful - a small bridge, the Danube and the city center. The location is really good - you just need to cross the river and you are in the city center. The house facilities are - long story short - like at your own place. You use the bathroom, kitchen, you can get drinks from a fridge for a small price, you feel yourself like at home. Everything was very clean and comfy. Some people wrote that there is no hair dryer - there is indeed, you just need to look for it because some guests take it in their rooms (again, about feeling yourself as at home). Coming to conclusion, I never experienced such a stay. It's not a hotel, not a hostel, it's an actual house where you are always welcomed.

Was a little bit cold inside. Nothing serious, but I would be happier if it would be a bit warmer inside our room.

If you really want to feel at home you should stay at Hous Panorama. Yoy'll get a beautiful view of the city centre from the hotel located right on the cliff overlooking the Danube and the historical centre of Passau.

no hair dryer, the room was cold, and there was no one working at the reception.

I had to stop for the night to sleep, i've picked the cheapest one, so i had no big expectations, but i was surprised. It has an excelent position, i had navigation, but it's very easy to find even without. The view is excelent, it's on the banks og the danube, the room was very clean, the bed was excelent, i've slept like a log. The guy from the reception was very friendly and helpful. It has a cheap parking near, it is a good choise if you want to rest, or to visit the town, and you don't want to spend a lot of money for accomodation.

I have no complains, i recomand it.

Es un alojamiento sencillo, decorado de forma funcional, habitaciones amplias. Destacar la limpieza impecable y la amabilidad de Símon (el responsable del establecimiento).Bien situado. Totalmente recomendable.

El exterior del establecimiento esta un poco abandonado y no causa muy buena impresión.

Engagierte Gastgeber. Familiäre Atmosphäre. In der Gemeinschaftskueche mit prasselndem Kamin fühlt man sich gleich wie zuhause. Schöner Blick auf die Altstadt.

Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Allerdings sehr gute Schallschutzfenster. Gemeinschaftsbad(allerdings sauber und frisch renoviert). Nächstgelegene Parkmöglichkeit ist 8 min. Zu Fuss entfernt.

Personnal sehr freundlich.

Im Haus ist es sehr laut.

Ein B&B der Luxsus Kategorie!!! Wer nicht viel Wert darauf liegt intergrierte Tilette/Dusche im zimmer zu haben, kann sich hier wie zu Hause füllen. Simon und seine Begleiterin sindeinfach "über"freundlich und die besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann!!! Weiter so und dem Erfolgt steht nichts mehr im Wege!

Sehr persönliche, freundliche Aufnahme. Einfach,aber für den, der nur übernachten möchte, völlig ok.
