One of the matresses from our room was actually broken and had a ceramic pot holding it beneath the bed, we complaint about it. Other than this the service was quite nice. |

The hotel is right in the center of the city and is perfectly located for the activities of Baden Baden. The city is great and cosmopolitan. The carpets were a little stained. The ashtray hadn't been emptied. Our room overlooked other buildings were dogs barked a lot. |

We liked the location, the great breakfasts, the beauty and splendor of our room, and especially the friendly and helpful staff. We weren't happy with the first room you gave us - it was small and spartan. But you made up for it with the wonderful circular suite! |

It has a wonderful location on the city plaza. My room overlooked this plaza and the food court which has some noise but I love the feel of it. Very clean and comfortable and they speak enough English to communicate. This is the third time in 4 years I have stayed here and will again next year. They did not know I had paid in advance for the room but accepted my word on it and let me leave with no problem. I hope they get this resolved with this web site booking service. |

The decor is not exactly the most modern, but it does have a faded gradeur charm about it. The room and ensuite were large. Breakfast was fairly standard. Location was great since it was right in the centre of town and had a nice view over towards the casino Not much in the way of facilities, although it supposedly had a sauna that we did not have a look at. Since it is in the pedestrian zone, you have to park elsewhere which is a bit annoying. It was a bit cold in the winter. |

Da wir zum Weihnachtsmarkt wollten war die Lage einfach supergilt natürlich auch für die Innenstadt Es liegt leider in einer Fußgängerzone, daher ist es mit dem OParken nicht zu einfach |

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und ist gut erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind kompetent und freundlich. Mein Aufenthalt war zu kurz (1 Nacht), als dass ich etwas Negatives festgestellt haben könnte. |

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist eindeutig spitze. Die Fußgängerzone liegt um die Ecke sowie das Kurhaus, Casino und div. Museen. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismäßig einfach, was noch nicht so schlimm ist, das Bad kam mir nicht ganz so sauber vor. Frühstück gab es am Wochenende erst ab 8 Uhr. |
