This hotel is right in the market place of the Medieval town of Blankenburg, in the Sieg Valley. It offers traditionally furnished rooms, free parking and good road/train services to Cologne. All rooms at the Haus Sonnenschein include a TV, Wi-Fi and private bathroom. A breakfast buffet is provided each morning at Haus Sonnenschein. The Sonnenschein Hennef is a 15-minute walk from Brankenburg S-Bahn (light rail) station. This is a 40-minute train ride from Cologne Main Station. Very friendly staff. Quite a nice area. Close to Koln and very good price accordning to quality. Could be a little bit more choice on the brakfast. No English tv chanels.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The location was amazing with beautiful views in a charming, quaint town, and easy walking trails. Very peaceful location. Lovely breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late, but there was no problems with us getting an evening meal, which was excellent. Great location. Lovely little town. Highly recommended.

We hadden gevraagd of er een lift was, dat was er. Maar wat ze er niet van tevoren bij zeiden was dat het in een ander hotel was. De kamers waren dus in een ander gebouw dan wat we wilden.

Lage und Umgebung. Ich hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellt.Fast versteckt hinter meiner Nachtischlampe war ein voller Aschenbecher gefüllt mit Zigarettenkippen.
