The staff was so, so friendly and we felt very welcome. The beds extremely comfortable and the location is very very good to Centro and the old city centre and the Arena. You could walk most of it. Nice light rooms, good restaurant, the breakfast was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Our room smelled of smoke a lot. When we got home the smell was in our clothes and hair and suitcases.

Quiet place, clean room, frendly personnel, secured parking place. Nice breakfast at resonable price of 5 EUR per person. Recommended place to stay on your way. Practicly speaking, no complains during my short stay.

The location / prize, close to the big shopping center CentrO. 12 minutes walk. Breakfast extreme good value for money, 5 euro for a full breakfast amazing. The fact that we preferred a double bed (a choice given by the hotel itself), but that they did not have a room available with a double bed (apparently they have only 2 rooms with this feature..) The hotel could inform us about this upfront, in stead of telling us at arrival that this was only a 'preference' ...

We arrived very late. The kitchen was open and we got good food. It is wonderful when you are tired and hungry. The rooms are nice, big and good wide beds. We traveled early the next morning, breakfast is good.

The location is great when you want to explore the Ruhr region - very central and easy to reach from the motorway. The manager was very friendly. When she saw I was with a still quite young child, she moved us from room as there was a wedding in the hotel that evening and it would have been noisy. I didn't find anything bad!

Grote, ruime en stille kamer. Makkelijk parkeren, goed Duits klassiek restaurant, ligging aan de rand van de stad, vlakbij autoweg en op loopafstand van winkelcentrum Wifi is nauwelijks bruikbaar, te traag en signaal te zwak. Kon niet eens inloggen op mijn kantoor. Heb daardoor mijn verblijf voortijdig afgebroken. Maar dat laatste ook omdat er in Oberhausen nauwelijks iets te beleven is. Er is geen echt centrum.

Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber, auch das Bad. Ich war zu einem Konzert dort, nur 15 min zu Fuss bis zur Arena. Frühstück lecker! Personal sehr nett.

Es entsprach nicht dem Angebot. Betten: Keinen Lattenrost sondern Pressspanplatte mit Wasserränder. Lüftung im Bad zu laut. Kein Fön im Bad, mäßige Ausstattung. Frühstückraum roch stark nach Rauch.

Nette Angestellt, sehr sauber, ruhig, Zentral gelegen . . . Die Möbel und auch die Tapete ist in einem Gelbton was an Nikotin erinnert. Sollte vielleicht mal aufgefrischt werden :-) Am TV Gerät war der Einschaltknopf defekt

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Eine Reservierung war sogar ohne Anzahlung bis 22.00 Uhr möglich. Die Übernachtungskosten mussten erst bei Abreise beglichen werden. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und haben Teppichboden. Das Badezimmer ist angenehm geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet (5,00 €) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen eigenen Parkplatz im Hof. Hierzu fällt mir nichts ein.

Mooi winkelcentrum dat CentrO. Dicht in de buurt van Hotel Union. Makkelijk vanuit hotel te lopen. Alleen CentrO is aanrader. Ontbijt in Hotel Union is echt super! Oberhausen zelf is niet bijzonder.

Das Personal war mega freundlich und man hat sich sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Für einen Aufpreis von 5€ hat man ein wirklich leckeres und ausgiebiges Frühstück bekommen. Ich werde das Hotel auf jeden fall nochmal besuchen. Einziger und wirklich kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass es in dem Bad anfangs sehr kalt war und es auch kein Fenster hatte. Das mit der Kälte könnte man verbessern, aber das mit dem Fenster ist weiter auch eigentlich nicht so dragisch.

Reichhaltiges buffet, man kann abends an der bar noch was trinken. zimmer gut und sauber und sehr ruhige lage. Das hotel konnte oder (wollte) mir keine rechnung ausstellen ??? Freundlichkeit hält sich sehr in grenzen, kompliziert um ins internet zu gelangen
