De gastvrijheid, de vriendelijkheid van leiding en medewerkers en een goede keuken, het was prima verzorgd. Na geboekt te hebben via booking.com werden wij thuis gebeld om te horen of wij ook mee wilden dineren, er wa een speciale avond. Deze avond was ook een prima avond.

Het hotel ligt in een rustig dorpje in de omgeving van veel natuur en fietspaden. Wel aan een doorgaande weg maar niet druk. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Hotel ligt net over de grens in Duitsland en ook dichtbij leuke plaatsjes in Nederland zoals Vlodrop en de rivier de Roer. Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Erg uitgebreid; van gerookte zalm, ei met spek tot croissant, vers fruit etc. Ook het avondeten in het restaurant was zeer goed. Personeel en gastvrouw waren zeer vriendelijk. Goede douche en alles was aanwezig. Gemoedelijke sfeer in familiehotel. Sfeer was rustig. Kamers waren netjes en schoon. Bedden waren ruim van afmeting en goed. De kamers waren goed, maar wel basis. We hadden een 1 en een 2 persoonskamer. Inrichting is een beetje gedateerd. Maar dat kan een verschil van smaak zijn. Vloerbedekking is misschien aan vernieuwing toe, maar niet versleten. Glazen deur naar toilet niet zo handig.
