The apartments at the hotel were spacious and felt like having your own home complete with sofas and big tv. The staff were good at meeting needs and the plate of biscuits on the reception desk was a nice touch! Breakfast was excellent and would appeal to all tastes. While the hotel is away from the city centre the staff are excellent at telling you about the best places to go nearby and provided a tram ticket and directions into town. The apartment was way too hot despite it being December and this could not be turned down in individual rooms. It was also slightly uncomfortable having the two beds in the same room facing each other!

Located in a very quite and clean area. Not to far from downtown and airport. Only a short taxi drive to both locations. Room was a excellent size, with lots of room for storage of baggage and personal items. The buffet breakfast and dinner menu items were very good. We were able to relax and very much enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, small hotel with lots of personal attention and service (great German breakfast buffett), nice city set-up with convenient parking garage in a quiet residential neighborhood and we will go back there for our next trip and also then rent one of their hotel Smart cars.

удобный и симпатичный отель. находится на тихой улице. вкусный завтрак. номера уютные. жили в апартаментах, полностью оборудованы. приветливое обслуживание. до центра либо на 701 трамвае, либо на такси 11 евро (максимум). в целом все понравилось.

Goede lokatie qua bereik centrum Dusseldorf met tram.(kaartje voor tram was gratis van hotel). Heel vriendelijk personeel. Eenvoudig ontbijt maar wel goed.

Alles was heel goed,ik zou werkelijk niets negatiefs kunnen bedenken. Het personeel was buitengewoon vriendelijk, voorkomend en behulpzaam. Men voelt er zich direct thuis. De kamer was keurig, schoon, eigentijds ingericht met een mooi balcon wat uitkeek op een smaakvol ingerichte tuin. Ook de bedden waren uitstekend. Badkamer eveneens prima, niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijt was overvloedig en van prima kwaliteit, alles werd ook keurig aangevuld, indien nodig. De gratis ter beschikking gestelde openbaar vervoer kaartjes waren echt heel attent en voegden veel toe. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader, het ligt bovendien in een keurige, rustige buurt niet al te ver van het centrum. Als ik dit hotel met een cijfer zou moeten beoordelen, een 10! ook gezien de prijs. Niets negatiefs, alleen maar lof

Een prima hotel in de buurt van Dusseldorf. Tramverbinding is goed. Tramkaartjes via het hotel geregeld. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en bekwaam. Parkeren onder het hotel is ideaal (wel vooraf te reserveren). Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd en heerlijk. Kortom een prima hotel voor in ons geval een weekendje weg. We vonden het jammer dat de familiesuite geen bad heeft.

De kamer was zeer ruim. Erg schoon. Badkamer met zowel douche als bad. Veel handdoeken. Flesje water op de kamer en snoepjes voor de kinderen. Uitgebreid ontbijt, erg lekker! Na het uitchecken, mochten we de auto nog wel in de garage laten staan, omdat we met de tram nog de stad in gingen. Tramhalte is vlakbij en tramkaartjes te verkrijgen in het hotel. De kussens waren zeer slecht. Helaas hadden we onze eigen kussens niet bij. Toen hebben we er handdoeken onder gelegd.

Freundlicher Empfang, sympathische und persönliche Ansprache während des Aufenthaltes,Tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großer Bio-Ecke, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit Blick in den Garten, ausreichend großes und üppig mit Pflegeprodukten ausgestattetes Bad. Gute Reaktion auf defekten Schlüssel im Kleiderschrank. Die Matratzen sind fü große Menschen doch eher schmal. Hatte EZ gebucht, aber glücklicherweise ein Doppelzimmer bekommen,
