Great!! Nice decoration with wide screen tv. They also provide kitchen and big bed and sofa. The owner greet us very well and tell us the tourist spot. |

We booked the family room which is in an apartment building about 2 minutes walk from the main hotel. The flat was very clean and spacious, and it's location is excellent for exploring the Koln waterfront and pedestrian zone around the Dom. However, it is located above the kitchens of a large restaurant and is noisy. Because the flat is not air conditioned, windows must be left open at night. There was excessive noise as workers threw out rubbish, and their cigarette smoke drifted in through the windows. There are no cooking facilities in the flat, only a coffee maker. The included breakfast consisted of pre-made sandwiches and yoghurt. |

Our apartment was close to the river and the main attractions in Cologne so it was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel staff very kind and polite. I highly recommend this place to other travellers. Some pictures on the website show the apartment having a complete kitchen so maybe you could show the exact pictures for the exact apartment. Thank you. |

The view from our room overlooked the area where the ice skating ring was as well as the Dom. There was a full kitchen, but we did not need to use it. Accessibility to everything, pretty much within walking distance to everything I wanted to do in Koln. Parking...had to pay for parking about 15 euros a day in the underground garage. The main office was difficult to find and it was locked up by 1700 when we arrived in town, so I spent 10 minutes outside knocking on the door. |

Nice and large apartment for 4 or 5 persons, located in the center of the city, not too expensive, breakfast buffet included in the price, at 100 m of a public parking. (1) Problems with shower: water hot, then cold, then again hot, but never the right temperature. Difficult to take a shower. (2) My pillow was so stinky that I could hardly touch it with my face. (3) Several doors difficult or impossible to close. |

The staff was very nice. The room was large and nice. We even got upgraded to a 3 room apartment. The area seems to be more adult oriented in the evenings rather than kids. Nothing bad just an observation that there were not many kids around. |

Zeer goed alleen jammer van het parkeren moet in openbaar parkeergarage. Wij zaten in het appartement tegenover het Hotel dus hebben geen oordeel over het Hotel zelf of personeel. Vond het ontbijt matig zou wat uitgebreider kunnen met croissant en meer soorten broodjes. Kregen dus de dag van tevoren sandwich geheel belegd. |

La comoda posizione, vicino al centro ed alla stazione. Abbiamo affittato un appartamento esterno per più persone. A Novembre inoltrato non era in funzione il riscaldamento ed avevamo due stufette che spostavamo dal bagno alle camere per riscaldare!!! Colazione davvero povera... |

De bedden waren schoon.De ligging is geweldig,je loopt zo de altstadt in.Parkeren is geen probleem en een dagkaart voor 15 euro vind ik netjes. het ontbijt in het appartement was ronduit slecht.De kamer was niet schoon; vuil ondergoed en zakdoeken van de vorige gasten lagen er nog.Koffiekopjes waren vies en er was eigenlijk geen mogelijkheid deze af te wassen |
