Hecker's Hotel Kurfürstendamm  

The best thing about hotel was its location (at the beginning of the biggest shoping street), but you still need to use taxi to get to the Bradenburg door. It was quite and pieceful to stay and sleep.

The breakfast is not international one but typical german, and it costs 16 euro (it is not included in the price). Air conditioning was always off (it was hot to sleep and to stay in the room although it was 28 degrees outside).

Good, attentive service. Ability to use the conference room (internet, print). Superior Room is a large, 30 m2. Good soundproofing. And of course, accommodation in the heart of western Berlin.

Too expensive and the little breakfast, cheaper and tastier to eat in the Sicilian pizzeria nearby. Too expensive parking and a restaurant at the hotel.

We had a very good stay here. The room was over 30m2, which is very big and perfect for our baby to crowl over the floor! The bed was extra big and very comfortable! Couldn´t be better!!

I and my wife stayed at this hotel from 10 to 17 April. This hotel as before, despite the fact that accommodation is not new. Rooms very spacious, well designed issue with storing things and baggage, in a separate room. The room has a minibar and safety deposit box. Tv in room was lcd but without Russian channels. Also in this time-the Internet. Connection speed was very low: not more than was 900 KBit and permanently lost relationship that was very uncomfortable. The whole hotel has made a favourable impression. The staff is very friendly and location is very convenient.

Great location, close to a lot of shopping, restaurants, zoo, aquarium, and public transport (s train and subway). Hotel has large rooms and high ceilings.

Rooms were a bit shabby - bedspread was literally threadbare, but linens underneath were decent. One of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. No fitness center, but that doesn't seem to be that unusual in Europe. We decided to buy our own breakfast supplies as the hotel breakfast was priced at 16€! Could not get the wireless to function reliably, even in the lobby.

The hotel represents top value. The room was larger than average. The bath was luxurious. (Floor to ceiling marble - large glass shower - soaking tub - double sinks in granite countertop and a bidet) Excellent location near Kudamm and friendly staff. We were upgraded to a superior room at no charge upon arrival.

The internet was sometimes slow in our 3rd floor room.
