Hecker's Hotel Kurfürstendamm    

The Hotel was in an excellent position to get around and see Berlin. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Best location for shopping (on the central street with shops) and near the metro station; friendly staff; big rooms with mini kitchen; safe-box in each room; own parking area

Location was perfect. Minutes from underground stop.

Friendly competent staff. Very large comfortable room. Great location. We appreciated the efforts to communicate with us as our German is negligible. (This was typical of everywhere we went - people were very helpful)

Individual Wi-Fi per device was a bit clunky. We would have appreciated an electric jug. Slightly odd decision not to have air-conditioning on during mild days (25degC in room) as cooler weather was expected and it was suggested we open the window - was ok of course and cooler at night.

This hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport and centrally in the west part of Berlin. It is right at a subway station, many beautiful shops, ten minute walk to the zoo and KeDeWe and a fabulous find. Value could not be better as the price is very reasonable. It is fabulous.

Room was spacious, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect - right in the heart of a wonderful shopping district. Staff was consistently helpful. The hotel was a great value.

Very good service from reception. They met all our requests promptly and efficiently. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable room. Excellent location and extremely good value for money. Would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

don't like to criticize but wifi in room was poor. At 16 euros breakfast was too pricey so we didn't try it.

Excellent location next to both Ku Damm and Savigny Platz. The room was very spacious and the walk-in closet a nice surprise. Staff were helpful and the place was very clean. This is an excellent hotel for a city trip to Berlin. This is my third time visit and I can recommend this hotel as the best for the price range.

No bad points. However as way of suggestions to improve further the service it would be nice to have: An iron Tea and coffee facilities or alternatively .. Nicer restaurant, especially for a hot drink before going to bed.

The staff were very good. They went beyond expectations to help me to locate my luggage that was lost by the airline. The hotel was clean and the breakfast offered many nice choices. The location of the hotel could not be better for exploring Berlin.

I stayed Fri, Sat & Sun nights at the end of November. I was given an upgrade to a suite. What can I say. I thought Christmas had come early. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, quite.Good staff and good breakfast. Central to Kurfurstendamm with restaurants (and shops if that turns you on.) Close to Uhlandstr u Bahn & Savignyplatz s Bahn stations. Berlin was the surprise of my 2 month trip. So good.
