It was a comfortable clean room. The food at the breakfast buffet was lovely and delicious. The convenience to public transportation was great as well. |

Very friendly service. Nice breakfast. Free WIFI. next to the hotel food shops and nice restaurants. If you going to visit any trade fairs in Frankfurt - you should defenetely stay in this hotel. They offer free bus from and to!!! very confortable : ) No lift. |

Sauna area, staff were very nice. Bed is too soft, no safety box nor mini bar. Room is too cold - heating needs to increased. |

Bij aankomst was de deur gesloten en moesten we bellen naar een nummer op de deur. Dame die opnam heeft ons perfect gewezen hoe we binnen konden komen en waar onze kamer was. Ze wist op loopafstand nog een prima restaurant waar we iets konden eten. Ochtend van uitchecken wilden we graag gebruik maken van de sauna, dit was geen enkel probleem en we mochten gewoon daarna uitchecken. Wanneer de gasten op de kamer naast ons gingen douchen hadden wij niet genoeg waterdruk meer om ook te douchen. |

El personal es muy atento y servicial. Elegí el hotel porque tenía transfer a la feria. El SPA y habitaciones fantásticas. |

freundlicher Hotelchef, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ruhige Lage Die Lage im Ortsteil selbst ist nicht optimal, keine bzw. wenig Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Heddernhei. Dafür aber schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe (Beispiel: Bad Homburg). |

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, freundlicher service, hübsche Zimmer,zuverlässiger Buchungsservice. Nicht direkt schlimm, aber zum Frühstück ne kleine warme Speise wär schön (gekochtes Ei, Rührei oder so). |
